Easy navigation & excellent support

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate, it integrates well and scales with our needs, the support team is excellent and the automation tools save us time by streamlining repetitive tasks in the admissions process.

Cons

effective CRM for student leads

Pros

For our company, Meritto is a very user friendly and effective CRM especially for handling student leads and organizing our follow-up process. Its simpler interface, compared to others like LeadSquare lets our team incorporate it seamlessly into our daily routine. The analytics on the dashboard give us valuable insights into our conversion rates, helping us make smarter decisions to improve our results. And the customization features are also a great fit for a growing company like ours.

Cons

While it has many strengths, it also has a few drawbacks. Such as the mobile app is not as smooth as it could be and sometimes has syncing problems. We also found it difficult to connect its API to our main website.

Brings together leads from all channels

Pros

Meritto brings together leads from all our channels, both online and offline and consolidates various communication methods into a single platform with a complete lead management system.

Cons

Creating reports is a major challenge. The system is limited to simple 3x3 matrix reports so we cannot control logic changes and the lack of quality testing from the product team causes a lot of frustration for us.

The interface is simple, so even someone with limited technical skill in our team can operate it without trouble.

Cons

It can be slow sometimes. When I use a specific filter, the page often freezes and loads very slowly. If I have too many tabs open, the main page starts to lag. It also logs me out automatically in the evening.

Great call quality!

Pros

I have been using Meritto for a few months now and the experience has been great. The call quality is consistently clear and reliable even on long calls. The layout is user-friendly too and easy to get around, making it simple to set up and manage calls or meetings. I also really like how well it works with my other software which keeps everything running smoothly.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that some important features they mentioned during setup are either hard to find or difficult to use.
