Pros
The support team is always accessible by phone or chat. Even when issues arise just before the end of the week and due to time zone differences, there has always been someone available to help.
Cons
Currently, I have no major concerns. However, I would like to have brief updates on open issues rather than just receiving a case number.

The software has features that streamline daily tasks like scheduling, routing and invoicing, which are especially useful for field service or IT businesses. Its user-friendly interface and efficient scheduling improve the overall user experience.
Cons
There are a few areas needing improvement like the reporting could be more detailed with better analytics and insights, the import/export functionality caused data loss due to errors and the pricing lacks volume discounts.
