“Help is just a click or a call away
Pros
The support team is always accessible by phone or chat. Even when issues arise just before the end of the week and due to time zone differences, there has always been someone available to help.
Cons
Currently, I have no major concerns. However, I would like to have brief updates on open issues rather than just receiving a case number.
