“Cost efficient CRM for small companies
Pros
For me it's the perfect combination of value and power. The low cost is a huge benefit especially when paired with such a clean, user-friendly interface.. it doesn't feel like a "budget" tool at all. I find it incredibly easy to import my existing data and export reports when I need to. But the best part hands down is the visual tracking and forecasting.
Cons
Right now Nimble provides all the tools we require for our current stage and we're expanding.

“Great for multiple teams management
Pros
At the Alliance we're finding Nimble very useful for our team. We constantly have to relay new ideas and developments to customers and Nimble has helped us keep track of our contact database and manage it correctly allowing us to notify every customer about each update in a prompt and organized manner.
Cons
We enjoyed pretty much everything and intend to purchase the software after the trial finishes. One downside is that newcomers may feel confused at first but after some time getting familiar with it Nimble becomes very useful and simple to operate.

“feature-rich but takes time to master
Pros
It's handy because the app offers Kanban boards, analytics dashboards and other features that make planning and running projects smooth. Plus Nimble can automate repetitive work like sending and monitoring emails, logging information and handling other routine tasks that usually eat up time and focus.
Cons
Getting the most out of it takes a bit of time to learn the features but overall it's among the top tools in its category.

“all contacts in one place
Pros
Really appreciate being able to view all my contacts and data plus the full history of anything I add to the system which makes it simple to process and tie together things for the business like email workflows and more.
Cons
Seems a bit expensive compared with other providers. I've stuck with a few alternatives for years so this one feels pricier than what I'm used to.

“Fast social tracking
Pros
By tracking customers on social media we gathered client details and the software reacts quickly during the rollout of targeted marketing campaigns. It's definitely a great tool that shapes strategy dynamics and supports tactical growth.
Cons
Although Nimble updates all our funnel data in real time, it doesn't let us make direct comparisons between datasets.

“simple crm with a learning curve
Pros
Right away Nimble stood out for being so easy to use. The layout is clear and friendly so even non-technical users can make full use of its capabilities. It really excels at organizing contacts, letting me keep all client data in a single spot. Contact details, past interactions, open tasks and important notes are all easy to pull up. That central view has simplified tracking relationships and helped me provide more tailored service.
Cons
With such a broad feature set, I often needed to adjust parts of the app to better match specific workflows. More options to customize things would be helpful. On top of that, it took some time to get comfortable with everything it can do.

“Powerful but needs more customization
Pros
I guess its the simplest relationship-focused CRM that the team really values, the easy and powerful integrations with other tools are the best part. It also links with Gmail, MS Outlook and social platforms which is handy for tracking customer histories and handling tickets and it helps manage and monitor team performance and activities. The software's flexibility adds to how user-friendly it is. The Nimble Miner feature is especially useful because it shows all the social information around a company just by hovering over the company name. It lets me create strong campaigns that help hit social marketing targets, their support is reliable and quick to respond to online requests and it's great for supporting the sales team with deals handled through Agile.
Cons
One downside to using Agile is that some users may find its interface a little confusing. At first, there's a good chance someone will get puzzled while trying to use it. I don't like that the software has a long list of tips or FAQs, sometimes the information feels repetitive.

“integration friendly
Pros
it's the total package that works perfectly for our size. It starts with an easy-to-use platform that my whole team can jump into without a steep learning curve. I get huge value from the great social network and marketing connectors, they tie everything together seamlessly. The fast extractions and smart tag filtering save me hours of manual work. And the strong interface with Microsoft Outlook keeps our communication flowing right where we already live. Best of all its offered at an affordable price point that actually makes sense for a small- to medium-sized business like ours. It feels built for us.
Cons
Nimble does have strengths and overall it meets our needs well. The one real downside I can point to is the price since there are cheaper alternatives available.. some even cost nothing.

“Not the cheapest option out there
Pros
Nimble is super easy to use and connects smoothly with Office 365 and G Suite.
Cons
Generally enjoy Nimble but ran into a few issues at the start. The learning curve is a bit steep if you're new to CRMs and support isn't as quick to respond as expected.

Pros
What I like most about Nimble is how it gathers data and automates tracking. Nimble is a powerful automation tool that's really simple to use.
Cons
Nimble's neat but there are other AI-powered apps out there and they should make it easier to manage those.

“hard to beat for everyday crm use
Pros
Nimble is a seriously capable and flexible CRM that makes keeping up with customers effortless. It' easy to operate, very simple and offers many tools that let you tailor the setup for individual users. The interface feels tidy and uncluttered which makes moving around and entering information quick and painless. Its reporting and analytics are excellent and help you stay on top of all customer touchpoints and trends in day to day operations.
Cons
The main drawback is that Nimble can be fairly expensive for very small companies on tight budgets. It also demands some technical skill to unlock advanced features and to tweak the platform for each user. On top of that, support can be inconsistent and reaching someone for timely help is sometimes challenging and slow.
