mobile-friendly and easy to use

Pros

For me the fact that it's so simple to operate has been a massive benefit. It's genuinely user-friendly and having full, reliable access on my mobile is a game-changer. It means I can manage things efficiently whether I'm away from my desktop or onsite in person. That flexibility keeps my workflow smooth no matter where I am.

Cons

Other similar lead apps offer better team messaging features. Also most colleagues here don't use it very often.

Strong reporting

Pros

We rely on Nimble's powerful reports to monitor customers and sort them according to their distinct characteristics.

Cons

They force users to log in to register but we'd rather just click a link and sign up without jumping through hoops.

Highly customizable but complex

Pros

You can customize flows extensively. That's useful since every company operates in its own way.

Cons

In some areas less really is more and even though being able to customize is useful it sometimes becomes overkill and makes the process more complicated than necessary. The UI also feels too busy.

Nimble's easy to operate, practical in solving problems and budget-friendly for expanding companies like ours that need focused, hands-on resource management. We designed it around our pain points. It also allows tweaks to match the specific needs of our operation.

Cons

Minor problems we ran into at the start were handled quickly by an experienced team of experts, they're extremely responsive.

Brings all of contacts in one place

Pros

It pulls all contact details into one place which makes our tasks much simpler. Finding a person's info and the team's past interactions is easy. Another plus is being able to jot notes on profiles, change deal stages and see their social accounts.

Cons

The app really feels disorganized. Sending batch emails to contact lists is a pain because loading all of them at once often fails or is unreliable.

No real downsides

Pros

What helps me most about Nimble at work is that it makes capturing potential clients much easier through new, professional approaches. I also use it to get more detailed sales tracking from each report Nimble generates and besides that I rely on it to distribute tasks across my team so we deliver a more efficient performance. All in all using all of its tools has been quite good.

Cons

I don't have anything I dislike, it feels like a fully rounded platform and every feature has proved useful across the different tasks I regularly handle at work.

Pros

Super easy and very simple to operate. For tracking sales it helps cut down expenses considerably and handles lead organization well

Rising cost is the only issue

Pros

I appreciate the way it neatly arranges all of our clients' data and tracks the sales we make every single day. The best part is the useful follow-up notification feature.

Cons

The thing that bothers me most is the cost, it's become fairly pricey although still worth it. However without upgrading you'll face restricted functionality to use it fully.

feature-packed but mob app needs work

Pros

it's absolutely packed with powerful features yet it manages to stay simple to use. I never have to hunt for what I need as everything feels simple. And on top of all that customer service has been genuinely helpful whenever I've reached out. It feels like a complete package that just works.

Pros

They tailor how we connect with customers so everyone ends up happy and the processes that fuel business growth are much tighter and easier to manage. The way it runs has left our whole team more content since everyone can access the same info on one platform and it's also much more secure
