“CRM Beyond Sales
Pros
It's great to find a CRM that's not solely built for sales reps.. Account Marketing and sales activities can be tracked clearly inside the platform. Pricing is simple with a single plan to pick. Nimble makes sure customers who are the most important part of the business are looked after. It is a fast, reliable tool backed by very helpful customer support.
Cons
There are a few small bugs and annoyances. Often contact thumbnails showed the wrong picture or didn't load. Some email-sending features didn't work like they should and could be flaky. Monitoring social activity was limited to only a handful of networks so the social tracking and insights felt quite constrained.

Excellent for monitoring customer interactions and it has dependable data storage in place.
Cons
Signing up for PieSync to link key apps was a hassle. Occasional bugs still pop up now and then.
