“not the cheapest but worth the price I guess
Pros
Nimble's my go-to CRM because it's got a clean layout and tons of capabilities. The interface feels user-friendly and powerful so finding contacts or leads by name, email, or other filters is quick. On top of that, it offers many tools for handling customer relationships, such as automated email campaigns, calendar scheduling and conversation tracking.
Cons
At this point there isn't anything I can point to that I dislike about Nimble.

“Smooth & powerful workflow
Pros
Very simple layout, you don't need any training to get started. It hooks up with lots of different apps social platforms in particular which is really handy. Great for growing your contact list and nurturing clients.
Cons
Costs are steep for smaller companies. The email templates leave a lot to be desired. Certain integrations, such as LinkedIn, can be flaky at times.

“Nimble is great for productivity
Pros
Nimble pulls customer information from multiple places into a single, easy-to-access hub. That made it faster and simpler to handle contacts which improved communication and boosted productivity. On top of that, the interface is clean and the dashboards are easy to customize so they can be shaped to fit our exact needs and tastes. It also connects with lots of third-party apps like Gmail, Outlook and Slack which helped streamline daily work and cut down on the time wasted jumping between different tools and services.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit on the high side compared to other CRMs out there which may be a sticking point unless you're willing to invest a little more. Also some of the advanced tools and the breadth of customization can be a lot to take in at first, there's a learning curve before everything clicks and you can use all the features comfortably. These are manageable with some time and effort.

“fast, friendly CRM experience
Pros
It's user-friendly and requires very little training so transitioning from a different CRM into Nimble is quick and painless
Cons
Nimble is quite expensive. While the tool is clearly valuable, slightly lower pricing would likely attract and make it easier for more users to join

“Organized customer relationships
Pros
Being on Nimble the tool stood out for how easy and fast it is. Managing contacts is easy and clear and you can sync them with third-party apps like Google, Outlook and LinkedIn. Nimble includes prospecting features to uncover potential contacts and leads. It also has task and project features to keep track of customer touchpoints and organize business work. You can set reminders for calls and meetings, delegate tasks to teammates and monitor how projects are progressing and boost productivity.
Cons
Keep in mind Nimble's cost could feel steep for small firms or tight budgets. Plus, the ability to customize contact fields isn't as extensive as some other CRMs. All that said, we'd still recommend Nimble for companies wanting to strengthen customer relationship workflows. Its rich set of functions and user-friendly design make it a solid option for businesses of various sizes aiming to better manage contacts and organize their operations.

“Budget-Friendly, Smart CRM
Pros
Budget-friendly, visually clean CRM that suits my small business.
Cons
We needed to modify several of their features so they work for our needs but with tweaks it's a stronger choice than most other CRM options we looked into.

“Multi-platform dashboard
Pros
Overall the Nimble dashboard looks good. Smooth Chrome integration, Facebook connectivity, multiple email accounts and sync with Google Calendar are all available. Affordable with the essential CRM tools. We like how cool it is and the browser add-on is pretty cool. Even though it has lots of features, we don't use many of them. It also plugs into popular services like Mailchimp and Google Analytics so there's no need to manually link different platforms.
Cons
This app could be refined to better fit the needs of businesses using it. More personalized, user-focused options are needed. The ability to move data between environments without leaving a permanent delta clone would be useful. The UI layout hides some functions making them hard to find. So new users should expect to spend some time learning the system.

“Marketing automation brilliance
Pros
Nimble's marketing automation is brilliant allowing us to connect with potential customers far more effectively via email and the web. It makes it simple to reach social network leads, pull together accurate data about them and have genuine, productive conversations thanks to its clean, user-friendly interface.
Cons
The interface is laggy and display settings don't automatically adjust, they need manual setup every time which often requires workarounds. Email templates are a total headache: template management feels very outdated and the layouts come out wrong. Working with pipeline stages is also a pain. Overall the app seems stuck in the past. It was used here around ten years ago and feels largely unchanged.

“Effortless Sales Tracking
Pros
Nimble CRM is really useful because it lets me not only record conversations with prospects and clients but also track our sales movement over time. It's easy to learn and integrates smoothly with Microsoft Office and other social media apps. The interface stays well organized and is very user-friendly. Since I'm the sole person running my small business, being able to quickly and easily pull up any data I need on the spot has helped me manage my time a lot better.
Cons
We don't have any comments about the cons.

“universal access, simple use
Pros
I think one of the best things about nimble is that I can merge all my accounts in a simple, easy way which makes it much easier to get into everything and another benefit is that the app is available on any device worldwide so I'm not limited to a single computer or phone, I can use it at any time, from any place.
Cons
The application is great and doesn't present exaggerated negatives but I find some destinations, especially the main ones, are somewhat crowded during busy periods. That issue could be addressed by creating multiple alternative layouts or routes to prevent overcrowding and make the app easier to use compared with similar applications.

“Interactive Contact Insights
Pros
lets people open and engage with their contacts' social accounts, view updates and interact with profiles right inside the app. The layout is simple, the interface makes it simple to organize contacts, leads and the sales funnel. Lead capture is built in so it's easy to grab and save prospects' details. The reporting and analytics are thorough, helping teams follow the pipeline and measure results. It also supports tailoring the contact list and sales stages so you can set it up to match your company's workflows.
Cons
Customization is somewhat restricted: a number of people say the options aren't as deep or flexible as other CRMs. There are occasional technical hiccups reported, like sluggishness and unexpected crashes. And the price can be a hurdle for smaller teams, some find it pricier than comparable CRM choices.
