Nothing else matches Nimble. Moving away from manually maintaining our contact database over to a cloud-based platform has truly been a game-changing shift for both me and my employees in daily operations.
Cons
Integrating it into our business felt a bit rough at first especially learning how everything works since none of us had tried a system like this before but after we mastered it it was excellent.

Nimble makes handling contacts really easy. We've used it for quite some time and appreciate how it organizes our address book and interactions. Support is excellent too, they respond quickly and are helpful. Would definitely suggest giving this tool a try!

Cons
The software's front end can be a bit difficult to read in places. Using it is generally simple and fine but a number of items are displayed in a way that's not the easiest to follow (still far better than most other products though)

Nimble really stands out. It's an all-in-one CRM solution. It can automatically pull contact details from social profiles which is super handy. It also provides several useful ways to manage CRM and sales requests. The interface is clean and very simple so using Nimble feels simple and simple.
Cons
Still getting used to the software while learning its features. From what has been discovered so far, there's not much to complain about. So far no real flaws have been spotted.

We enjoyed being able to attach notes to every contact and set tasks.
Cons
no project features functioned for us and exporting notes from the platform caused problems. they arrived with loads of strange characters and scrambled text which we had to clean up manually to make the notes readable.

Pros
The interface is clean and neatly laid out. Often programs are learned by just diving in so it's great being able to get started without much hassle. Plus, importing contacts is simple and quick which I really appreciate.
Cons
Didn't care much for the email templates, the layout/format felt off. The Chrome extension can be awkward and sluggish now and then.
