“quick onboarding”
Pros
It's pretty easy to use and one of our customers recommended it to us which made getting started feel much faster.
Cons
Despite that, I'm still running into some usability friction. Every now and then I can't quickly find what I'm looking for.

“limited customization”
Pros
I like that the modules are all connected and updates roll through immediately without needing extra syncing.
Cons
The user interface is slow and doesn't always come across as user friendly. It also seems like the software could use more customization options, particularly in the reporting modules.

“Keeps everything organized”
Pros
Having all our financial information stored in a single system is a real help. It keeps things organized and makes it simpler to track what we need without jumping between multiple tools.
Cons
We initially chose this because we wanted to bring our CRM into the mix too but during the onboarding it became clear it couldn't generate the specific reports we need for a nonprofit. On top of that the platform is highly customizable which is very useful when you need flexibility but it also adds to an already pretty steep learning curve.

“Strong fit for most companies”
Pros
Flexible enough to be customized to different kinds of businesses. You can also extend it by adding a wide range of services which makes it a strong fit for medium-sized up through enterprise companies.
Cons
After integrating the software into all parts of your operations, you're effectively relying completely on the uptime of its web services. They advertise 99.98% but I've run into situations where a region's status turned green even though the underlying problem wasn't actually resolved for another 20-30 minutes. On top of that anyone who wants solid dashboards and searches typically needs a developer to build them.

“very user friendly”
Pros
I like how user friendly the features are and there's plenty of customization so the software can fit the way I work. It's simple to navigate and configure which makes daily use a lot more pleasant. That said, the overall support side of things could use some improvement especially when you run into problems.
Cons
When something goes wrong, it can be hard to track down helpful answers inside the platform, whether it's troubleshooting or figuring out upgrades. It also feels like the account manager relationship isn't great so getting timely help and guidance hasn't been as smooth as it should be.

“day to day management made easier”
Pros
Inventory tracking and the ERP features have been really helpful for keeping everything organized and visible. Having that system in place makes day to day management a lot clearer.
Cons
Getting the integration fully working required help from a third-party engineer. That said, it seems tied to how our business operates and the fact that we're working with older equipment so the friction wasn't totally unexpected.

“Easy cloud access”
Pros
Simple to use and has made cross training employees a lot easier. Since it runs in the cloud instead of being tied to a local server, the team can work from anywhere which is something the company couldn't offer financially before switching over.
Cons
Price adds up when you need extra services and that can push certain features out of reach for smaller companies. Also, I don't enjoy needing outside tools just to make printing shipping labels more convenient.

“structured dashboards make work smoother”
Pros
The dashboard layout is really well organized and the flow of information feels easy and structured. It also pulls key details related to my official email through NetSuite. Before switching, supply chain coordination and stock management were done with a lot of semi-manual steps, delivery issuing and order tracking-basically lots of daily paperwork. After NetSuite was implemented (including during the transition period), everything started running much more smoothly. day to day tasks feel easier now and the information I need for decisions is right at my fingertips. Overall, handling our total supply chain and finance processes-plus warranty information backtracking-has become a more organized and well structured workflow.
Cons
No real downsides come to mind. The implementation team was able to customize the software to match our needs so the rollout and day to day operation have been very smooth.

“strong multi org ERP features”
Pros
It's packed with features and it's a solid fit if you need to run and manage multiple organizations within a single ERP system.
Cons
Since it's web-based, it can feel a bit sluggish at times and when the service is down, everything stops so there's basically nothing you can do in that moment. Thankfully it doesn't happen as often anymore but it has occurred for us and during those times you're stuck waiting.

“quick customer access to invoices”
Pros
Allowing our customers to view their own account details has been a really valuable feature. We keep getting requests from customers who want to download invoices and make direct payments and this option handles that exactly the way we need.
Cons
The pricing setup required a fair amount of custom programming to get it aligned with our requirements.

“clean setup with simple workflows”
Pros
I really enjoy how easy the software is to use overall. The flow feels simple and it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with it.
Cons
Cycle counts could be improved by making them simpler to run, adding an option for a second count when needed and better grouping counts by location would make a big difference.

“powerful revenue accounting”
Pros
After decades working around Oracle, I was surprised how capable this application feels while avoiding much of the usual database administration overhead. Every time I use it, I'm still impressed by the scope of what it delivers. It also stands out as the only option I've seen that handles complex revenue accounting scenarios. To me, it's still the cleanest and most elegant solution for those complicated revenue accounting deals. Regular general accounting workflows feel simple and tend to "just work" without a lot of fuss.
Cons
Since NetSuite was sold to Oracle I worry that we'll gradually shift into the Oracle pattern. Rolling out lots of code changes that come with bugs and lots of waiting for fixes. On the details side, updating the chart of accounts feels tricky and there's not much guidance for companies that don't have dedicated accounting staff during onboarding. Also, Excel downloads continue to pop up an error message every single time.

“strong support”
Pros
Feels genuinely powerful and scalable for most business needs. The integration depth is a big win, with strong connections to lots of other platforms. Having web services available makes it much easier to build and customize features without being locked into the default setup. On top of that the ecosystem around it is huge so it's easier to find help, partners and resources when you need them. Support from the team has also been a solid experience overall.
Cons
Getting started with initial integrations can be a little tough since the documentation for web services isn't always clear. There also seems to be limited documentation specifically for technical integrations. Pricing runs on the high side too which can be a hurdle depending on your budget.

“Solid CRM features”
Pros
Doesnt take much time to set up and the feature set is rich enough to handle a lot of CRM tasks right away. You can get the core CRM workflow going quickly without feeling like you need to piece everything together.
Cons
There are quite a few fields that I don't end up using which can make the interface feel a bit crowded. A consultant for customization would probably help simplify the setup so it matches how you actually work.
