“custom layouts”
Pros
There are a ton of features packed into this software which really makes it feel one of a kind. My favorite part is being able to change the layout color so it's easier to tell different environments apart. Navigation also feels smooth which makes it easy to move around in.
Cons
I'm still running into issues with the integration scripts.

“simple setup”
Pros
Easy to use with a pretty short learning curve. Once you get in, all the financials are already organized and in place so you can start working without jumping through hoops.
Cons
Currency reporting across multiple currencies isn't very flexible which can be a limitation if you need more control over how those reports are structured.

“Cuts down our workload”
Pros
Its solutions have genuinely reduced my workload and made it much simpler to stay on top of inventory and finances, among other tasks. The dashboard is simple to use so I can manage my data without digging through menus all day. On top of that the integration options work well with other software which makes it easier to connect everything with the platforms we already use.
Cons
No real problems to mention.

“strong risk analysis and planning”
Pros
Risk management support is solid especially the schedule and cost risk analysis. The way it breaks down potential risks around timelines and budgets makes planning feel a lot more controlled and informed.
Cons
PMA technologies are already performing very well overall. The main thing holding it back is the visual UI. I'd really like to see upgrades to the interface and a more polished look with better graphics and overall refinement.

“great for goal tracking”
Pros
Using this has helped me, mostly because I can rely on its built in documentation to outline my quarterly goals and track progress over time. I'm aware plenty of people in my organization use it for far more than I do but even at my simpler level it still works well. The interface feels pretty user friendly and it's easy to jump in, finish what I need and get back to work quickly.
Cons
There are a few things I'm not happy with regarding how it's set up and rolled out in my organization but that seems more like an internal implementation issue than anything wrong with the product itself.

“powerful financial reporting”
Pros
NetSuite as an ERP handles the core accounting work across AR, AP, GL and financial reporting. I also like how you can drill into specific details and pull the exact information you need. It's one of the standout parts of NetSuite for me compared to something like QuickBooks. Using it has helped us tighten up and strengthen our financial reporting and it's been able to scale along with our growth.
Cons
The out-of-the-box budgeting and forecasting features haven't been very useful for our needs.

“Efficient order management toolkit”
Pros
This is a really effective tool for order management. It checks all the right boxes and includes the key features you actually need.
Cons
Could use a more user friendly interface. There are quite a few features that feel obscure and it takes some time to learn your way around them.

“all in one platform for business”
Pros
Having all my business activities handled from a single platform is a huge win. Everything stays organised and it's much more efficient to manage different parts of the business without jumping between tools.
Cons
Would be even better if there were an automatic client messaging feature built in for marketing so outreach could run without manual effort.

“limited chart controls”
Pros
The datasets feel pretty simple to work with. Populating them with the right fields is manageable as long as you know the IDs. The good part is that those IDs are also easy to locate when you enable the preference in the system settings.
Cons
Workbook visualizations feel somewhat basic. There's not much depth in either formatting or configuration. Mapping percentages to totals isn't possible in a clean way without using secondary axes and there's no way to choose the colors for the different chart types I'm using. Also even when I format every series as a percentage, the y-axis switches back to showing decimals when multiple series are plotted which makes the output less user friendly than I'd expect.

“flexible CRM with pipeline automation”
Pros
Brings a lot more flexibility to the sales routine especially by improving communication between the team and the manager through an internal chat. It also feels like a very complete CRM, with solid lead distribution and lead management, a well-built pipeline, plus email and document management. Another big plus is that it connects the sales side with the finance area which helps keep things in sync. On top of that it supports full client management, commissions and opportunity tracking. It even includes marketing automation and web forms, with real time data handling.
Cons
You may need support for deployment and for integrating with third-party tools.

Pros
Very user friendly and easy to get the hang of. The interface feels simple and I can use it without struggling through menus or settings.
Cons

“best ERP features and tools”

“strong ERP UI”
Pros
UI works really well for an ERP. Reporting and search are genuinely strong and the ability to create customized views covers what Accounting and F&A teams need.
Cons
From an FP&A standpoint, there's no major gap where it is really lacking. Occasionally, navigation and process flows inside the app can feel a bit heavy since it involves a lot of clicking but compared with my earlier experience using SAP HANA, it's still miles ahead.

“worth the cost”
Pros
I really enjoyed how user friendly this software is. When you enter anything incorrectly, it's simple to fix and the correction process is fast. Honestly, it feels like it's well worth the money for the level of quality you get. After using this, I've tried comparing a bunch of other software options and I haven't come across anything that feels like a better fit yet. The closest alternative I've found so far is Sage.
Cons
There's nothing I genuinely disliked about it.
