“Very easy to use, but frequent outages
Pros
It's incredibly easy to navigate. Every feature I need is easily accessible through their intuitive, responsive interface.
Cons
The system frequently goes down for minutes and sometimes hours. Additionally, finding specific information when needed can be difficult. (Why can't I see how long certain prospects have opened emails?)

I can monitor email opens and gauge customer engagement levels, using tags to better organize my workflow for timely follow-ups during their purchasing journey. Seamless integrations and synchronization with G Suite and Salesforce make it all the more efficient.
Cons
The software is somewhat rigid in customization. Different team members used different features and workflows, and there was a lack of ability to personalize certain workflows and tracking.

“Probably the most frustrating software I've ever used
Pros
Sequences are effective, though most CRMs offer similar capabilities nowadays. The call task lists are efficient, but I find it necessary to tag everything for effective task filtering.
Cons
About 1-2 weeks ago, the software basically stopped working. I can no longer change lead owners, add tags, or set up filters. We've tried on multiple devices with multiple team members, but nothing works. I've been told there's no fix date, so our CRM is unusable. Previous tickets took about 1-2 weeks for a response, but I expected urgent issues to be resolved faster. The support staff are nice, but this is the last straw. Save yourself the stress and find a different CRM.

Working on Sales enablement with Outreach is a breeze, making my tasks remarkably efficient.
Cons
The entire user interface is not very intuitive. Also, the product cost is quite high, which was unsuitable for us.

My AE performed well, meeting expectations. However, the overall experience fell slightly short of what was promised.
Cons
I spent 12 months troubleshooting issues with my signature pictures not sending through. I went back and forth with support, trying different solutions that never worked. The most disappointing part was being told repeatedly that the issue was unique to my business. I've now moved to another company that uses Outreach, and the signature issue persists. It's clear that integrity is low, and I spent hours trying to fix it. It may seem minor, but a picture in a signature not sending affects the professional look of our emails to new prospects. The editing tool for templates and snippets is outdated and difficult to use, with spacing, character size, and formatting never looking right.
