Fast setup and solid integrations

Pros

I found Pipedrive quick to get up and running and the deployment process didn't take much effort on my end. The overall user experience has been really pleasant to work with and I especially liked how well it connected with Slack and HubSpot in our workflow.

Cons

Once we started growing and reached a certain scale, I noticed that a few advanced features became much more important for our team. In our case, those gaps eventually pushed us to move over to SFDC.

Tracking metrics that actually helps

Pros

What I appreciate most about Pipedrive CRM is how clearly it lets me follow my metrics over time which really helps me see progress and make better decisions for long-term improvement. having that visibility has made it much easier for me to stay focused on performance and spot trends that matter.

Cons

The data points can start to look messy pretty fast if I am not keeping up with regular maintenance. In my use, things can get jumbled without frequent upkeep so I do have to stay consistent to keep everything organized and useful.

Call recording and rich features

Pros

What I appreciate most about Pipedrive CRM is how many features it offers but the standout for me is definitely the call recording option. We had never had that capability in any CRM before so it has made a real difference in how I manage and review conversations. the platform feels very complete and gives me a lot of useful tools to work with every day.

Cons

So far I haven't run into any major issues with Pipedrive CRM. The only small challenge I experienced was during the contact import process which felt a little tricky at first. Aside from that, I have been very satisfied with how the system performs.

Custom sales stages i love

Pros

What really sold me on Pipedrive CRM was that it's web-based and has a very user friendly interface. that made adoption much easier for our team from the beginning. I also really like being able to set up our own sales stages instead of being locked into a fixed structure. On top of that, moving deals from one sales process to another with drag-and-drop feels very natural and I find that it helps me manage the pipeline faster and with less effort.

Cons

One thing I still wish Pipedrive handled better is quotations. In my opinion, it would be much more useful if the platform offered more flexible quote templates. I'd also love the option to align those formats with my company's own quotation layout and send quotes directly from within Pipedrive, because that would make the whole sales workflow feel more complete.

Flexible pipeline tracking wins

Pros

In our company, we deal with high-volume proposals and very long sales cycles so keeping track of everything can get complicated fast. Sometimes a single deal is wrapped up in just 3 months, while other times it can take as long as 3 years. With Pipedrive, I am able to monitor these extended processes much more clearly and stay on top of every stage. What I really appreciate is how customizable the sales pipeline is, because I can shape the steps around the way we actually work instead of forcing our process into a complex system. that flexibility makes it a very strong fit for our specific sales needs.

Cons

One thing I noticed during the decision process was the pricing. Even though the Turkish Lira is weak against the Dollar, I still felt that the cost stayed within a reasonable range for what the platform offers. From my perspective, that was actually an important factor when we were evaluating whether to move forward with it.

Customization and automation win me over

Pros

The reason Pipedrive fits so seamlessly into my routine is how simple it is to use in day to day work. I also find it especially valuable because the customization options and data automation features make the tool much more useful for the way I manage my workflow. On top of that, it really helps me communicate and interact more effectively with others which has made follow-up and coordination feel much more natural.

Cons

there are still a few small bugs that show up from time to time especially when the software gets updated. I have also felt that the customer support team is not always very effective so getting help can sometimes take longer or be less useful than I expect.

good for sales tracking and integrations

Pros

Where Pipedrive really delivers for me is its user friendly, user friendly interface which lets me build and monitor the sales process efficiently from lead generation all the way to closing deals. I also appreciate how well it connects with other apps and platforms I use, including email, calendar tools and social media so my workflow feels much more connected and practical.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is the software's speed and stability especially when I am working with a large amount of information. In those cases, I sometimes feel the performance could be more consistent.

Flexible pipeline customization

Pros

What I value most about Pipedrive CRM is being able to tailor the pipeline stages to match the way our team actually works. I can follow our process exactly as we want instead of forcing our workflow into a complex structure. Another thing I really like is how flexible it feels in daily use especially when I want to add the markings or updates we need. With the drag-and-drop functionality, I am able to move things between stages quickly and that makes managing ongoing processes feel much more practical and efficient for me.

Cons

My main drawback is the pricing, because from my perspective the per-user cost could be a bit more affordable. While I do see the value in the platform, I still feel the user-based pricing adds up faster than I'd like.

Helpful deal activity tracking

Pros

It gives me an activity log for every deal so I can keep up with important updates, interactions and conversations in one place. That makes it much easier for me to follow the history of a deal and stay organized throughout the sales process.

Cons

Pipedrive does have some drawbacks. I have found the customization options to be fairly limited so it can be hard for me to tailor the system exactly the way I want. On top of that, moving data from another CRM or sales management platform into Pipedrive can be challenging and takes more effort than I expected.

Helpful tools but limited reporting

Pros

From the start, I found the setup process pretty easy and mostly hassle-free. I also noticed that it comes with several genuinely useful tools that helped me reduce my team's workload and made day to day tasks feel more manageable.

Cons

What held me back though, was the lack of custom reporting options. I also ran into a few limitations in the platform and that made it feel a bit restrictive for some of my needs.

Helpful notes and offline access

Pros

What I really appreciate about Pipedrive CRM is being able to type or record notes right after my work meetings since it helps me keep everything organized without missing details. I also like that I can rely on the offline sync when I am on the subway so I am still able to use it even without a connection. For the way I work, those features have been genuinely useful.

Cons

the main area that could be better is the iOS app, because it still doesn't offer all the same functionality that's available on the web version. I can get my work done but I do notice the gap when I switch between the two.

Helpful for email outreach

Pros

I use Pipedrive to support our email outreach and it has taken a lot of manual work off our plate. It automatically creates directories and folders for us which saves me a huge amount of time that would otherwise be spent sorting and organizing everything by hand. it really helps keep the workflow more structured and efficient.

Cons

We still have not managed to get the shared calendar working the way we want so that part has been a bit of a challenge for me.

simple crm with flexible pipelines

Pros

What I have appreciated most about Pipedrive is how many useful features it brings together in one place. The interface feels simple and user friendly to me so managing daily activities and keeping track of sales progress has been much more easy. I also like how customizable it is, because I can create sales pipelines that match my process, set goals and use pre-built email templates instead of starting from scratch every time. the collaboration tools are another strong point since they let my team work together on contacts and deals without things getting messy. On top of that, I have found the integrations really valuable especially with tools like Google Calendar, Slack and Mailchimp. Another thing that stands out to me is the analytics side, because it gives me a clearer and more complete view of sales activity and progress. For the price, I honestly feel like it offers a lot especially compared with other sales management platforms in the same category.

Cons

At the same time, I have noticed there are a few limitations worth mentioning. For some users, the interface may not feel completely user friendly at the beginning and I can understand why navigating it for the first time might take a little getting used to. While the platform does offer customization, I feel that some advanced options are still missing so it may seem more limited than other sales management solutions if someone needs very specific setups. I have also seen that certain integrations with other business tools can be restricted or simply unavailable, depending on what you want to connect. In addition some advanced functionality is not included, such as automatic report generation or more detailed data visualization features which could matter for teams looking for deeper reporting capabilities.

Sales tracking and crm control

Pros

The biggest organizational win for our sales team is having all the sales department contacts organized in one place within the CRM. I can also keep close track of every deal which helps me stay on top of the sales process. Another thing I really value is the level of customization available especially with bots that can be connected to Slack since that makes the workflow feel much more adapted to the way I work.

Cons

One limitation I have noticed is the variety of bots. the standard bots included are not always enough to cover everything I may want to implement. That said I have still been able to work around those gaps by using functions already built into the tool so it's not a dealbreaker for me.

Lead tracking that just clicks

Pros

I have found Pipedrive really helpful for capturing leads and keeping every deal organized without things slipping through the cracks. What stands out to me most is how polished and user friendly the dashboard feels so I can move around the platform without any confusion. I also like that it connects with a wide range of integrations which lets me get a lot more value out of the system and tailor it to the way I work.

Cons

getting the pipeline set up the way I wanted did take a bit of time at the beginning. I also feel the pricing may not work for everyone especially once extra charges for certain add-ons, like WhatsApp, start getting factored in.

Lead tracking and email wins

Pros

The way I could manage our leads and keep up with email conversations in one place is really amazing. Plus it worked well for the way I handle follow-ups and I felt like those parts of the system were genuinely useful in day to day work.

Cons

At the same time, I noticed they offer too many features that do not seem to get much maintenance or attention. some parts of the platform feel like they were added and then not really revisited which makes the overall product feel a bit uneven.

Fantastic value and interface

Pros

I first started using Pipedrive about 3 or 4 years ago and even though I tend to get distracted by every new CRM that catches my attention, I somehow always find myself coming back to it. the value for the price is honestly hard to beat and the interface feels incredibly polished. I have really enjoyed how user friendly the UI and UX are which makes the whole experience feel much better than a lot of other tools I have tried.

Cons

uploading lists from CSV files can feel a little frustrating in the beginning especially the first time around. Once I figured it out though, it became much less of an issue since I could just save the template and reuse it. I have also noticed that some of the newer features, like email automation, still need more development before they can compete with something like Lemlist. That said I still find them usable as they are now.

Automated workflows save time

Pros

It handles a lot of tasks almost automatically and that really takes a big load off my daily work. I have found that it makes the whole process much more manageable and helps me stay on top of things without as much manual effort.

Cons

One issue I have run into is that the integration with the Exchange calendar doesn't work reliably. In my case, it has been buggy enough to cause some frustration when trying to keep everything synced properly.

Visual pipelines and handy automations

Pros

If you ask me why new hires get up to speed so fast, it's because Pipedrive feels easy to use and everything is laid out clearly visually. it makes onboarding new team members much easier because they can quickly understand what is happening in the pipeline without a lot of confusion. I have also found it really useful for pulling the data and information I need especially when the setup is not too complex. Another big plus for me is the flexibility in features, like customizable fields, tailored pipelines and workflow automations that can send emails or create tasks automatically as work moves forward. I also appreciate that it connects well with widely used tools like Textline, Gmail and others. On top of that, the storage has been very reliable for my team.

Cons

My biggest issue with Pipedrive is that whenever a change or update is rolled out something usually seems to break. In my experience almost every software update brings some kind of glitch that has to be fixed afterward. I have also noticed that when we try adjusting automations, we sometimes temporarily lose the auto-generation functionality which is really frustrating. Another downside is the help chat, because it hasn't been especially useful unless I stay persistent and keep pushing the issue until it finally gets escalated to the engineers or developers. There are also clear limitations with what the web forms and automations can currently handle. I have found the insights feature and dashboard awkward to use as well since they feel clunky and far from user friendly when I am trying to chart company progress. What makes it even more annoying for me is that I cannot fully remove items we don't use so the side menu stays crowded with sections like marketplace and products even when they are irrelevant to our workflow.

Packed dashboard and smart campaign tools

Pros

What keeps me coming back to Pipedrive over other platforms is how many useful tools it brings together inside a thoughtfully built dashboard. I am able to customize fields, attach files, enter and store data properly and also import contact lists in a way that keeps everything organized and clear. Another thing I have really appreciated is that new features are added regularly and those updates have helped me build better email marketing campaigns while keeping my sales pipeline under control. On top of that, I can revisit older campaigns, make adjustments and reuse them for new ones instead of starting from scratch every time. With Pipedrive, I also get real-time notifications, analytics and response dashboards so I can stay informed about customer activity and react quickly when needed.

Cons

Personally, I haven't run into any technical issues while using Pipedrive. The only real challenge for me was that getting the best results from the platform takes some time, practice and a bit of learning at the beginning. That said I found the training videos and educational resources from the Pipedrive team very helpful and they made it much easier for me to understand how to use the system correctly. I also appreciate that their customer support team is consistently available to answer questions and guide me whenever I need assistance.
