“User friendly pipeline reminders”
Pros
Pipedrive CRM is really easy to get up and running and the setup felt simple from the start. What I personally like most is how it keeps me on top of stalled prospects by sending active reminders so opportunities do not get forgotten. I have also been able to set up automations that help move prospects forward which has made my follow-up process feel much more organized and consistent.
Cons
One area that has not impressed me much is reporting as tracking my efforts can be a bit tricky at times. I also wish there were more customization options since I sometimes feel limited in how much I can tailor it to my workflow. On top of that the Live Chat feature is a paid add-on which can get expensive quickly.

“Powerful tracking for outreach”
Pros
It's great for managing multiple projects at different stages, even when they involve many teams. What stands out is how clearly it shows where everything stands at any time so I can stay organized and not miss important details.
Cons
The pricing is a bit on the higher side although I can also see why it costs more. After comparing it with other CRM platforms, I still feel it stands out as one of the strongest options available so the extra expense feels justified overall.

“Visual pipeline keeps us on track”
Pros
For daily use visual pipeline are quite user friendly. Plus it helps me and my team stay accountable at every stage and I can clearly see what needs attention next. Because everything is laid out so clearly, I am much less likely to miss follow-ups which has made our process feel more organized and reliable.
Cons
Honestly I don't have much to complain about with this product. the main thing I'd still like to see is a built-in CRM telephony option so I wouldn't have to rely on another tool for calling. That said it still works really well with JustCall so it hasn't caused any major issues for me.
