“User friendly pipeline reminders
Pros
Pipedrive CRM is really easy to get up and running and the setup felt simple from the start. What I personally like most is how it keeps me on top of stalled prospects by sending active reminders so opportunities do not get forgotten. I have also been able to set up automations that help move prospects forward which has made my follow-up process feel much more organized and consistent.
Cons
One area that has not impressed me much is reporting as tracking my efforts can be a bit tricky at times. I also wish there were more customization options since I sometimes feel limited in how much I can tailor it to my workflow. On top of that the Live Chat feature is a paid add-on which can get expensive quickly.

“custom pipelines that fit us
Pros
What I really like about Pipedrive CRM is how flexible it feels for day to day use. I have been able to build tailored pipelines that actually match the way my business works and that has made tracking deals and activities much more relevant to our process. Instead of forcing me into a complex setup, it lets me customize things around the way we already operate which I have found genuinely useful.
Cons
The Mailchimp integration was less impressive than I hoped. I expected it to be more user friendly but I was not always sure if the data had transferred correctly. Plus it was not always clear when information had moved over so that part could definitely be communicated better.

“Visual pipeline keeps us on track
Pros
For daily use visual pipeline are quite user friendly. Plus it helps me and my team stay accountable at every stage and I can clearly see what needs attention next. Because everything is laid out so clearly, I am much less likely to miss follow-ups which has made our process feel more organized and reliable.
Cons
Honestly I don't have much to complain about with this product. the main thing I'd still like to see is a built-in CRM telephony option so I wouldn't have to rely on another tool for calling. That said it still works really well with JustCall so it hasn't caused any major issues for me.

“Powerful tracking for outreach
Pros
It's great for managing multiple projects at different stages, even when they involve many teams. What stands out is how clearly it shows where everything stands at any time so I can stay organized and not miss important details.
Cons
The pricing is a bit on the higher side although I can also see why it costs more. After comparing it with other CRM platforms, I still feel it stands out as one of the strongest options available so the extra expense feels justified overall.

“Fantastic pipeline visibility
Pros
Pipedrive is the best stay on top of multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle, even when they're moving across a wide range of departments. What stands out to me is how clearly it helps me see where everything is at any given moment so I can keep work organized without losing track of important details.
Cons
I'd still like to see the search function improved. And thoug it works okay but I wish it had more filtering options as I end up scrolling too much to find what I need.

“Pretty simple to use
Pros
What really stands out is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is from the start. The navigation feels natural, so you're never lost clicking through menus. The setup process is equally impressive. For teams with a clear, simple sales process, you can realistically go from sign-up to a fully operational system in just a few hours, not days.
Cons
If your sales process becomes more complex or you start handling large enterprise contracts, you will likely need to switch to a different CRM. The dashboards also are not very adaptable mainly if you need to combine data from different sources.

“clean interface great for beginners
Pros
What I liked most about Pipedrive was the clean interface. It's really simple even for someone like me who was new to CRMs. The guides and the support team were always there to help whenever I got stuck.
Cons
I didn't have any huge problems but setting up some of the integrations was a real hassle. I ended up having to call support and send a bunch of emails back and forth to get everything working.

“Love the automations feature!
Pros
The automations have been a game-changer. They keep our operations seamless and make sure we never drop the ball with client care
Cons
Setting up automations can be a bit confusing. It also doesn't have a good built-in ticket system so we have to handle that part manually.

“visual pipeline saves time on tracking
Pros
Their visual sales pipeline makes it really simple to track leads. The automation features save us so much time on follow-ups and the email tracking is perfect for fine-tuning our campaigns. It's easy enough for everyone on the team to use even the non-techy people.
Cons
It's missing more advanced marketing automation and doesn't have its own good email campaign tools so you have to connect other apps to run a full marketing funnel. The reporting also isn't great if you need to do deep analysis on your marketing.

“clean and pleasant interface
Pros
The thing I enjoyed most after switching to Pipedrive is its clean and pleasant interface. It is easy to learn, even for a CRM beginner like me. The tutorials and support staff were always there to assist me whenever I hit a snag.
Cons
To be honest I never had a majorly bad experience but getting some of the third-party connections to work was a real hassle. Also it took multiple calls to support and a long email chain to finally get it sorted out.

“Helpful automation that's hard to configure
Pros
Pipedrive CRM automation features are our favorite. They help our operations run seamlessly and make sure we never let anything slip through the cracks for our clients.
Cons
Configuring the automated workflows is not very simple. It also does not have a proper built-in ticketing system, so we have to handle that process manually.

“ideal for non-techy staff
Pros
Their visual sales pipeline makes it really simple to monitor leads. The automated follow-ups save us a lot of time and being able to track emails is ideal for improving our campaigns. Overall it so user-friendly that even our non-techy staff members can use it without trouble.
Cons
It does not include strong marketing automation or built-in tools for running email campaigns, so you need to connect other apps for a complete marketing funnel. The reporting also feels a bit basic to me for doing deep marketing analysis.

“helps keep our team focused!!
Pros
With Pipedrive it's super easy to see exactly what's happening in the pipeline. It keeps the team focused and helps prevent deals from slipping through the cracks.
Cons
Some of the reports aren't very clear. If you need specific numbers or a custom view, it's tricky and you often have to find workarounds outside of Pipedrive.

“Simple automation for organized sales
Pros
I like how you can organize your sales into different pipelines and use automations to make the entire communication process much simpler.
Cons
Well I found the email template builder a bit difficult to use. And the way you create emails felt limiting and was not very simple.

“Clear visual pipeline
Pros
This software makes it pretty easy for us to see exactly what's happening with every deal. Also it helps our team stay on target and prevents potential sales from being forgotten.
Cons
Some of the reports aren't as clear as they could be, which can make them hard to interpret at a glance. The bigger challenge though is that pulling specific figures or creating custom data views is difficult. We often have to export the data to another program just to get the analysis we need

“Unreliable service with terrible customer support
Pros
We used to use Pipedrive as our CRM. However it has experienced major system outages due to issues with Cloudflare and server failures that lasted for several hours. During this time no one in the company could access the cloud-based system. We tried to contact support but received no response, only getting a reply the following day. Because of the outage we had to send employees home and were unable to process any customer inquiries. After discussing the issue with support, we requested a refund for the current month's fees. They informed us this was not possible, a resolution that every other service we have used has provided immediately in similar situations.
Cons
The customer service is hard to get ahold of and is not focused on providing solutions. The value for the money is not there especially with the system outages. Plus they do not offer any refunds for these prolonged service interruptions.

“solid core features
Pros
Really like the easy-to-use interface with customizable pipelines, the fast onboarding, mobile access and how well it integrates with email and calendar.
Cons
The reporting isn't very impressive and the price can jump up when you add the essential features you need. The basic tools are pretty minimal so you might have to pay more to get what you want.

“Huge time-saver
Pros
Having a single spot for all customer info is a huge time-saver. Plus, the ability to schedule tasks ahead of time keeps us organized and proactive.
Cons
We were using the Beta version so we expected a few bugs here and there. Other than that I really don't have any complaints.

“Drag-and-drop that saved my sales
Pros
Pipedrive made sales tracking so much easier for me. I used to lose deals just because I'd forget to follow up. Now everything is right in front of me and I just drag deals from one stage to the next. It's super visual and simple.. that's what I love about it.
Cons
The only minor issue is that it can get a bit slow to load when you have a ton of deals open or you're switching between different pipelines.
