Campaign limits hold it back

Pros

One thing they do well is customer support, they respond quickly. The interface is also confusing at the beginning but after spending a few days with it, it turns out to be fairly great and works pretty well.

Cons

After signing up for the Campaigns email feature, I spent a full month building my CRM around it. Then because of the way 25 contacts were sourced, the system forced double opt-in on my entire account and blocked campaigns to all of my roughly 560 contacts, including people I've had business relationships with for 25 years. These are legitimate contacts, nothing purchased or scraped, and I'm not violating any laws. In the US, email rules are opt-out, not opt-in. This is simply their own internal policy and it's stricter than the law without being clearly disclosed in their marketing. The frustrating part is that they sell prospecting tools meant to help you find complete strangers yet they won't allow me to email people I've known and worked with for years. It ended up costing me significant time, money and energy.

Poor support experience

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate, the deal pipeline is displayed clearly and the automation tools are helpful for smaller sales teams.

Cons

Customer issues are handled poorly and the way feature access was managed felt misleading. It was very disappointing that the problem was never truly resolved.

Flexible workflows and integrations

Pros

Having a Kanban-style work board makes the workflow easy and practical which really helps staff manage customer and client support efficiently. It also connects well with other tools we already use especially for email management. Another nice addition is the AI Sales Assistant feature.

Cons

There are times when the software feels a bit laggy and the mobile app is somewhat limited in how much you can do with it. Also, the features included in the lower-priced plan can feel insufficient on occasion.

Visual pipeline management

Pros

Everything feels very visual and easy to use. I'm really happy with the customizable pipeline, the simple onboarding, the option to set up automation and having one central place to keep all my client information.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints about it. If anything, I'd just like to see more advanced reporting features added.

Clear pipeline visibility

Pros

One thing that really works well is the clear separation between leads and deals. The swim lane view for deals makes everything simple to follow and gives excellent visibility into the pipeline.

Cons

Email integration has never fully worked the way I needed it to and I've also run into deliverability issues.

Fast pipeline setup

Pros

Compared with other CRMs I've used, this one feels much more easy to work with. The visual pipeline is very simple so it's simple to follow deals, prioritize tasks and instantly understand where each opportunity is in the sales cycle. Getting started was also very quick, we were up and running with very little onboarding. The interface is clean and doesn't feel cluttered which made it easier for the team to adopt. On top of that, the automation tools, like activity reminders and workflow triggers, cut down on repetitive work and the email and other integrations help keep everything centralized.

Cons

A drawback is that the reporting and customization options can feel a bit limited especially if you need deeper analytics or more complex workflows. There are also features locked behind add-ons so the price can climb as your requirements expand. It works really well for simple sales processes but bigger teams may eventually outgrow some of the built-in functionality.

organized workflow

Pros

Navigating it feels very easy and the different categories do a nice job of separating each stage of a job. That setup keeps everything organized and makes it much simpler to stay on top of things.

Cons

One thing I don't care for is that you can't assign a job to someone else while you're creating it. It gets placed under your name automatically so if it needs to be reassigned, you have to go back to the dashboard afterward and change it there.

Easy meeting scheduling

Pros

Having this platform available is really useful for businesses that need to set up meetings with customers without any hassle. Since some companies don't use the bigger email platforms, it's nice to have another option that still works well for scheduling.

Cons

At this point, I don't really have any downsides to mention. With more time using it, I might develop a deeper opinion or notice a few things but nothing stands out as a con right now.

Clean CRM interface

Pros

The interface is very easy and doesn't feel complicated at all. We originally brought it in for both CRM and work management but over time it became clear that it works well for CRM and not nearly as well for managing work. Because of that, we've continued using it specifically for CRM.

Cons

Email campaign features feel somewhat limited right now. It would be much better if the platform handled email campaigns and automations more effectively especially to help leads move through the process more easily.

Flexible pricing and integrations

Pros

One thing that really works well is how it can connect with other applications whenever needed. The interface is also very easy to use which makes navigating the tool simple. Another plus is that they offer several package options so you can choose a plan that fits what you're comfortable paying.

Cons

The biggest limitation for me is the reporting side. Even though the dashboard is a strong feature, I still wish there were more reporting functions and deeper capabilities available.

Feels outdated

Pros

At least the pipeline view looks clean and that's about where the positives stop. Honestly, the whole thing feels pretty outdated especially with no WhatsApp integration and an overall very 2005 vibe.

Cons

It promotes itself as AI-native but that really doesn't match the product. Automation is pretty limited, reporting feels thin, the mobile app looks dated and the integrations are inconsistent. Compared with Attio, Folk, HubSpot and Salesforce Starter, it's clearly behind on the things that actually matter in 2026.

Feature-packed for growing teams

Pros

Packed with comprehensive features without the enterprise-level price tag, this works really well for solo users and SMBs especially if you rely on lots of integrations. It's a strong fit for managing clients in the middle to later stages of the funnel.

Cons

Weaker spot is early-funnel contact management. That said, other tools connect nicely with the platform so it's still possible to build a convenient workflow.

Automation that keeps us organized

Pros

The automation rules and reminders do a really good job of making sure no contacts or calls slip through the cracks and they cut down a lot of the manual work.

Cons

As the business expands, its structure being limited to just deals, people and organizations starts to feel too restrictive.

User friendly pipeline reminders

Pros

Pipedrive CRM is really easy to get up and running and the setup felt simple from the start. What I personally like most is how it keeps me on top of stalled prospects by sending active reminders so opportunities do not get forgotten. I have also been able to set up automations that help move prospects forward which has made my follow-up process feel much more organized and consistent.

Cons

One area that has not impressed me much is reporting as tracking my efforts can be a bit tricky at times. I also wish there were more customization options since I sometimes feel limited in how much I can tailor it to my workflow. On top of that the Live Chat feature is a paid add-on which can get expensive quickly.

custom pipelines that fit us

Pros

What I really like about Pipedrive CRM is how flexible it feels for day to day use. I have been able to build tailored pipelines that actually match the way my business works and that has made tracking deals and activities much more relevant to our process. Instead of forcing me into a complex setup, it lets me customize things around the way we already operate which I have found genuinely useful.

Cons

The Mailchimp integration was less impressive than I hoped. I expected it to be more user friendly but I was not always sure if the data had transferred correctly. Plus it was not always clear when information had moved over so that part could definitely be communicated better.

Visual pipeline keeps us on track

Pros

For daily use visual pipeline are quite user friendly. Plus it helps me and my team stay accountable at every stage and I can clearly see what needs attention next. Because everything is laid out so clearly, I am much less likely to miss follow-ups which has made our process feel more organized and reliable.

Cons

Honestly I don't have much to complain about with this product. the main thing I'd still like to see is a built-in CRM telephony option so I wouldn't have to rely on another tool for calling. That said it still works really well with JustCall so it hasn't caused any major issues for me.

Powerful tracking for outreach

Pros

It's great for managing multiple projects at different stages, even when they involve many teams. What stands out is how clearly it shows where everything stands at any time so I can stay organized and not miss important details.

Cons

The pricing is a bit on the higher side although I can also see why it costs more. After comparing it with other CRM platforms, I still feel it stands out as one of the strongest options available so the extra expense feels justified overall.

Fantastic pipeline visibility

Pros

Pipedrive is the best stay on top of multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle, even when they're moving across a wide range of departments. What stands out to me is how clearly it helps me see where everything is at any given moment so I can keep work organized without losing track of important details.

Cons

I'd still like to see the search function improved. And thoug it works okay but I wish it had more filtering options as I end up scrolling too much to find what I need.

Pretty simple to use

Pros

What really stands out is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is from the start. The navigation feels natural, so you're never lost clicking through menus. The setup process is equally impressive. For teams with a clear, simple sales process, you can realistically go from sign-up to a fully operational system in just a few hours, not days.

Cons

If your sales process becomes more complex or you start handling large enterprise contracts, you will likely need to switch to a different CRM. The dashboards also are not very adaptable mainly if you need to combine data from different sources.

clean interface great for beginners

Pros

What I liked most about Pipedrive was the clean interface. It's really simple even for someone like me who was new to CRMs. The guides and the support team were always there to help whenever I got stuck.

Cons

I didn't have any huge problems but setting up some of the integrations was a real hassle. I ended up having to call support and send a bunch of emails back and forth to get everything working.
