“Helpful scheduling and reminders”
Pros
It works really well as a scheduling tool for me. I assign myself tasks and then carry them out as needed. I also appreciate how it clearly highlights what's due today and what's already overdue.
Cons
Filtering can be confusing at times. For instance, in our office we handle several different projects and while I can filter all won deals or all deals tied to a single project, I haven't figured out how to filter won deals within just one specific project.

“Fresh visual sales dashboards”
Pros
The platform brings a fresh take to sales and tries to turn a typically unpleasant process into something more pleasant and visual. The dashboards are especially excellent and stood out right away.
Cons
Pricing was the sticking point. A few features we saw as essential, like email tracking, are only available in the most expensive plan. Once the free trial ended, we chose to go with a different solution instead.

“Powerful SMS marketing reach”
Pros
It's biggest advantage for me is how strongly it supports marketing and promotional campaigns especially through SMS. Using text messaging as part of the platform is a really effective way to broaden marketing efforts and reach more people.
Cons
Feature I'm not happy with is its pricing. I think it's a very good piece of software but some features still feel like they need more development and if the pricing were lower, it would be much more worthwhile to enjoy everything the platform offers.

“Beautiful pipeline interface”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very easy and I really enjoy being able to move business across columns. The interface also looks really polished and visually appealing.
Cons
Pricing is quite high and the way user licensing is handled could be set up better. Sending emails through the mail feature is also genuinely difficult.

“Sales-focused funnel tracking”
Pros
It really helps my team stay focused on selling without letting opportunities slip through the cracks. The funnel setup and lead tracking are also very simple to follow which makes the whole process work well for us.
Cons
There are plenty of CRM options out there and after trying quite a few, I'd say the pricing feels a little on the higher side.

“Handy sales follow-up”
Pros
Adding people, companies and activities is easy and it helps me stay on top of follow-ups while keeping my sales work organized.
Cons
It can feel a bit laggy at times especially when loading people or organizations. I'd also like to see an integration with Redbooth.

“Customizable hub”
Pros
Being able to customize it to my industry and workflow is a huge advantage. It keeps quotes, emails and contact details together in one convenient place so everything is much easier to track down. Honestly, it offers some of the best value for a service I've come across.
Cons
One thing I still wish it had is a separate address book or contact section outside of the current pipeline view. Sometimes a single deal includes 5 to 20 contacts and once that deal is closed, I still need a way to manage those accounts and stay on top of future projects and follow-up engagement.

“Helpful sales tracking”
Pros
Every day, I rely on it to stay on top of potential deals and client activity and it gives me a clear picture of how much revenue is likely coming in.
Cons
Downside is the price. A single license is quite expensive so our company can't provide access to the whole sales team.

“perfect CRM for sales”
Pros
This CRM has gone beyond everything I expected. It works very efficiently, the overall quality is excellent and on top of that it lets me sync my emails and keep my sales organized without much hassle.
Cons
Interface isn't my favorite because it feels pretty limited and after a while it can get a bit boring to use but the quality and efficiency still make it worth it.

“Flexible business tracking”
Pros
Right away, the flexibility stands out. It can be adjusted to fit different needs, whether that's managing Contacts, Companies and Businesses, tracking business status, handling Embuds and Resellers, linking projects to Businesses organizing contact information or scheduling activities like billing and collections.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price. It feels expensive and it would make more sense to offer a cost plan based on how each user actually uses the system since not everyone has the same level of responsibility in a business.

“great custom fields”
Pros
Compared with a lot of sales tools I've used before, this one won me over quickly because of the practical Pipeline view. It finally gave me a clear way to manage several projects separately without everything getting mixed together. Since our company has multiple divisions that operate very differently, being able to keep them distinct is really important. Another big plus is the unlimited custom fields for deals organizations and contacts. That's incredibly useful when you need to track information tied to a specific industry. I also appreciate being able to decide which fields matter most so they show up prominently on a deal, company or person record. The 2-way mail sync has also been working well and does a smart job of connecting incoming emails to the right deals once the first link has been made.
Cons
One frustrating part is sending emails through the platform because it's slow and takes too long to appear in the deal which makes it unclear whether the message actually went out. Adding attachments has also been unreliable for me and usually takes around three tries before it finally works. That gets pretty annoying and has caused problems more than once when I accidentally missed an attachment. The absence of native VoIP integration is another downside especially since that matters a lot for our team. And while this isn't exactly a feature complaint, the per-user pricing feels expensive. It would be much better if a few users were included regardless of usage because having to share user accounts is far from ideal.

“Excellent value for starters”
Pros
Right from the start, the pipeline interface feels very simple and that was one of the biggest reasons for choosing it. Any sales rep can pick it up and understand how to use it quickly. The setup and implementation within a technical infrastructure were also very easy. On top of that, the pricing is a major advantage. Compared with larger enterprise tools, it's a very great option for companies entering the CRM market.
Cons
While it comes with plenty of features and a fairly capable API with useful extra tools, it doesn't offer the same level of customization freedom you'd get from something like Salesforce. For beginners, that can actually be a benefit. Another downside is that lately some features that used to be included in the basic plan seem to have been moved to higher-tier plans. I understand the business reasoning behind that but as a user it's still disappointing.
