“Great lead tracking”
Pros
Keeping up with incoming leads is incredibly manageable with this tool especially when you're monitoring several business lines and pulling from different lead sources.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to customize at the beginning but once everything is set up, it becomes very easy to use.

“Quick onboarding”
Pros
Getting started is easy and using it day to day feels very simple. Adding new users, training them and bringing them into the workflow is also handled really well.
Cons
One limitation I've noticed is with the meeting feature since it doesn't seem to support adding multiple attendees.

“Simple but powerful”
Pros
Right away, the simplicity stands out but it still packs plenty of really useful tools that are thoughtfully built and feel natural to use. It also makes it very convenient to stay connected with customers and keep track of the current deals you have going with them.
Cons
There is not much to dislike though the missing quote tools could be a drawback.

“Clear project overview”
Pros
Handling 60 to 100 projects a week, this gives me a really great overview of both my own work and the team's projects. I can clearly see the current status of each project at any moment which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything that's going on.
Cons
There's still quite a bit that could be improved in terms of development especially when it comes to making the automation much better in my opinion.

“Great dashboard and support”
Pros
It functions almost like a diary, scheduler and statistical reporting tool all in one and it has been behd effective. The support team is fantastic and responds very quickly. The tutorials guide you step by step so there's very little guesswork involved. Being able to customize the dashboard is another big advantage. I also love that the templates integrate well with other software. It's an invaluable tool overall and the follow-up is outstanding. They really don't leave you stuck or waiting for help.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides with this software. Whenever I've had a question, I've gotten a fast response and the follow-up has been almost unbelievable.

“Powerful client follow-ups”
Pros
Right from the start, the software felt very simple to work with. It has been an excellent tool for keeping prospective, new and existing clients organized and the actionable follow-up items have made a big difference in improving my productivity. It also gives me the ability to plan and personalize my client communications and stay on top of timely follow-ups with key decision-makers.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across anything I dislike about the software.

“Flexible CRM pipelines”
Pros
This is by far the best CRM I've used. Nearly everything can be adjusted so you can really customize the interface and the system to fit the way you work. It lets you build multiple stages in your pipelines and create separate pipelines for different types of deals or goals. I'd definitely recommend using it, I do and it has helped my sales performance improve a lot.
Cons
The only downside is the integration with certain lead generation programs.

“perfect prospecting tool”
Pros
It's been really valuable for finding potential clients and it saves a lot of time and effort in the process. Having 24/7 support available is a big plus and the email tracking feature is also very helpful.
Cons
One downside is that the platform could be more user-friendly and I also wish there were options to edit or delete contact history.

“Great automation and mobile app”
Pros
We put a lot of effort into setting it up and that work has really paid off in automating our loan approval and origination process. As soon as a client submits an online application, a new deal is created automatically. As applicants move through the pipeline, different Mailchimp emails go out on their own. Once someone is approved or rejected, the client gets notified right away. The mobile app has been excellent too. When customers come in to sign, we can snap a photo of their IDs and save it straight to their deal from the app. Another feature I really enjoy is the phone integration, if someone calls my phone, a pop-up shows their name, deal and current stage and it can automatically log the interaction. I absolutely love that.
Cons
Reporting is where it falls short for me. I pretty much never use the built-in reports because they're all pre-defined. Almost every day, I end up downloading leads so I can build my own reports in Excel with pivot tables. It would save me a huge amount of time if I could create pivot-style reports directly in the system and have them update automatically because then I'd actually have dashboards that feel useful to me. I'm also not a big fan of how the email side works. You can connect your Gmail and send messages from inside the platform but if you really want all your emails tracked, you'd basically have to stop using the Gmail interface itself. I much prefer how Streak handles this since it lives directly inside Gmail. With just a couple of clicks, you can attach an email to a deal and all your pipelines are right there in Gmail. Streak definitely doesn't offer nearly as many features overall but I still really miss that tighter Gmail integration.

Pros
Getting things set up was pretty easy thanks to the drag-and-drop functionality and the interface itself looked decent and was pleasant enough to work in.

“Clean layout and tracking”
Pros
It was simple to use and the visual layout was really well done. It makes it easy to check the status of every lead you're tracking and it delivers exactly what it promises without any hassle.
Cons
To be honest, the only thing I can really think of is that a few extra tracking features and better support for calculating mathematical values would be a nice addition. Aside from that, there's very little not to like.

Pros
The layout is well designed, it's simple to use and the customization options are really useful. I also appreciate the email tracking and the low cost. It works perfectly for managing leads and keeping up with them throughout the entire sales process.

“CRM tracking that works”
Pros
Running our organization with this CRM has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly and we can upload documents, track emails and schedule follow-up activities both online and through the mobile app. I also rely on it at trade shows and while traveling to keep my sales pipeline active and full. The customization is a big plus too especially being able to tailor stages and data tracking to fit exactly what we need. It also gives me useful visibility into close rates and average cycle time which the owner really appreciates seeing.
Cons
One thing that still frustrates me is what happens after a deal closes. I still need to handle follow-ups and ongoing account management but once a deal is marked as won, it disappears from the main pipeline screens like there's nothing left to do. I really need some way to keep tracking house accounts for future opportunities and ongoing needs.

“Helpful reports and support”
Pros
Getting this up and running was quick and easy. The customer support has been excellent whenever needed, the reporting is reliable and detailed and it's clear the product keeps improving because new features are being added regularly.
Cons
You need to book a demo and the calendar feature still has room for improvement. It would be better if it followed the lead of stronger tools in that area, such as Calendly.

“Daily sales boost”
Pros
Each morning, an email lands in my inbox with the sales tasks lined up for the day and that cuts down a lot on the time I'd normally spend trying to get organized first thing. It makes it much easier to stay focused and on track throughout the rest of the day.
Cons
At the end of every week, we have to submit a sales report and it would be really helpful if the system could pull the needed data for that automatically. I'm just not sure that option exists. Even though I think the software is excellent, it does feel fairly limited beyond serving as a day-to-day CRM and sales tracking tool.

“Easy setup and reporting”
Pros
This application takes barely any time to use because the interface is very easy and simple to adapt to. The pipelines can be adjusted to match our specific requirements which makes the system flexible for different workflows. I was also really impressed by the support team, they handled all of our questions professionally, responded quickly and clearly knew the product well. It gives us strong visibility into task progress and helps us understand how efficient our processes are. On top of that, the pricing is quite affordable, the reporting features are excellent and having all data backed up in the cloud is a big plus. We can also add notes or record calls depending on what we need.
Cons
It doesn't feel like the best fit for larger companies. Adding Google integration would make the application much better. Also, linking contacts to a firm is a fairly tedious process right now and it would really help if that part were made simpler.

“Sales CRM that delivers”
Pros
Coming into CRM software as a beginner, I looked at quite a few alternatives before deciding on this one. After using it, I honestly feel it covers just about every function a company would need to build and manage a client or prospect database. It's very detailed yet still simple to navigate. Since we reach out to several different types of prospects, the ability to build separate contact lists for each group has really helped us align our sales calls. There are also plenty of features that can be automated which saves time. Overall, this software has made our team much more organized and efficient. If your business does a lot of prospecting or manages a large customer base, this has been an incredibly valuable sales tool for us.
Cons
Our requirements are pretty basic and easy so we really haven't run into anything that feels missing in the program.
