“Friendly interface”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels simple and welcoming especially for someone who is new to this kind of software. The installation process is easy and doesn't require advanced technical skills. It also lets you build more than one pipeline and the forms offer a wide range of options for creating cases which adds a lot of flexibility.
Cons
The biggest downside is that, for the price, it doesn't include functionality that really matches what you are paying for. It also doesn't handle the separation of contact lists and new cases and that is something important that it should be able to do.

“high pricing!”
Pros
As a per-user monthly CRM, this works really well for entry-level needs. For a small business, it gets up and running quickly right out of the box and comes with plenty of features. The interface is simple so bringing a new employee up to speed doesn't take days of training.
Cons
Pricing feels a bit steep for what the platform can actually do, the formatting could be better and finding specific data can sometimes be a hassle.

“Easy all-in-one sales hub”
Pros
It keeps me fully in my sales workflow without needing to bounce between different tools. I can send individual emails and campaigns, make outbound calls, take inbound calls directly in the platform, log activity, check and customize reports and stay on top of my pipeline follow-up. The part I appreciate most is that it's simple to work with on the surface but when I want to dig further into the details, that deeper level is there too. Most features can be customized and the more I used it, the more natural and comfortable it felt. Overall, it's very user-friendly and simple.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much I dislike. If I had to point to one area that could be better, it would be customer service. Like a lot of competing platforms, support isn't especially responsive and when I call, I usually end up leaving a voicemail and waiting for someone to return it. That said, there is a great support center and QA page where I can usually look up what I need. I tend to be pretty self-sufficient and try to figure things out on my own anyway but it's still nice when you can reach a real person after spending more time than you wanted troubleshooting something. It's not a deal breaker and it was more or less what I expected going in. If there's one con worth mentioning, this would be it though it seems pretty standard across similar services.

“great tool”
Pros
Paying for this myself has still felt completely worth it even without my company covering the expense. Pairing it with the habits I picked up from Jeb Blount's Fanatical Prospecting has honestly been a game-changer for how I handle my sales process. I've gone from stressing about whether I'd hit quota to dealing with the opposite problem, having more new projects than I expected. One of the best parts is how little setup it takes to start a deal. All I really need is a contact name and a deal title and I can add the rest as the opportunity moves through the pipeline. Being able to update contact fields directly from the deal page is also a big plus. The mobile app has been incredibly useful too and it actually saved me today when a contact showed up unexpectedly for a meeting. I was able to discreetly pull up the deal notes and check the current status while they were pouring a cup of coffee.
Cons
Like any software, it has a few rough spots. One that stands out is the way calendar appointments open in modal windows. That alone wouldn't be a big issue but from those windows I can't click through on a contact name or deal name to jump straight to the full record and review notes. Some of the reporting also throws me off because it doesn't always feel simple so I end up rethinking what certain reports are actually trying to show me each time.

“Handy lead tracking”
Pros
Right away, the layout and visible fields make the system useful even with a quick glance. Following up on leads and emails is also very easy and overall it works really well as an organizational tool.
Cons
One issue is with the email integration especially when emails come in from the same person with the same subject line. Support could be stronger too since the guidance can sometimes be confusing.

“Best sales tool experience”
Pros
Out of all the sales-focused CRMs I've used, this one has easily been the best. It's very easy, simple to understand and doesn't take much effort to start using effectively.
Cons
The results have been strong and reliable overall but there has been a slight delay in recent months.

“Feature-rich cloud CRM”
Pros
Running this cloud-based CRM has been a great experience because it comes packed with features. It covers pretty much everything needed for contact and lead management, along with reliable tracking. Integration with other tools is easy and even activity-level tracking is on par with many leading CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Cons
Being a cloud SaaS product, it doesn't offer the highest level of flexibility compared with some other options. Still, it handles the job well overall and remains a very capable product.

“Time-saving and great value”
Pros
Biggest benefit is how useful this software is. It saves the team a lot of time which also means it saves us money. It's been a real step forward for us.
Cons
To be honest, there's very little to complain about. It has done everything we expected it to do and even more than that. New features are added regularly which has only made it better.

“Fantastic pipeline”
Pros
The visual pipeline layout is really well done and the custom fields give a lot of flexibility. Two-way email integration is a big plus and being able to work with teammates on projects and deals makes collaboration much better. The mobile app is also very useful to have when away from a desk.
Cons
Filtering setup isn't the most simple at first. It's possible to build pretty much any view you need and after a bit of trial and error it usually works well but getting there can be a little difficult in the beginning especially across the different field views.

“Helpful contact tracking but limited layout”
Pros
Being web-based makes it convenient to use and it's simple to look up people's contact details. I can also log activities from my phone which is really useful, among other things.
Cons
The downside is that the screen can't be customized. The words "call received" take up too much space even though the call details matter more than the activity type.

“Clean interface”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels clean and well designed and the feature set is really strong. Getting started is easy and using the software on a daily basis feels very simple. It also integrates really well with Google Calendar which makes it even more useful.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be better. The pricing is also not very flexible and there are other products available at a lower cost although this one still offers better features than many of them.

“Interactive sales booster”
Pros
Customers can really engage with it and explore things on their own which has helped increase our sales. It's exactly the kind of software we needed to provide instant access to information about our company.
Cons
Honestly, we haven't run into any issues while using this software. If there's any downside at all, it's that we've become so reliant on it.

“Great scheduling and client tracking”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple, it stays in sync with my colleagues, lets me schedule as many activities as I need and helps me manage all the different types of clients I work with.
Cons
The overall design could look a bit better and feel nicer to work with although that does not affect the features at all. Other than that, I do not have anything negative to report.

“User-friendly setup”
Pros
The interface is very easy so even someone without prior experience can use it without much trouble. It also offers a great level of customization which makes it flexible enough for different needs. On top of that, the FAQ section is actually useful and helps answer common questions quickly.
Cons
It does feel a bit too basic for more complex or larger-scale work so it may not cover every need. There's also no desktop version available which can be limiting depending on how you prefer to work. Another downside is that the specs become much more restricted unless you're using the admin account.

“Excellent CRM value”
Pros
One thing my team and I really appreciate is how much value this CRM delivers. It includes all the features we need and want and the price is honestly hard to beat.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind that I absolutely dislike about it though the app could definitely be improved. It's not hard to use but the layout and navigation still feel like they could be better.

“great sales pipeline”
Pros
Keeping tabs on sales and even the performance of the whole sales team is very manageable with this software. It is built around moving leads through the pipeline and includes the features needed to make that happen. The mobile app is also really useful since it lets you monitor progress and update sales activity right away.
Cons
It does an excellent job when it comes to tracking sales progress but that is also where most of its value is concentrated. I would still recommend it, including a paid plan because it is genuinely useful for staying on top of sales funnels. That said, if budget is tight, a broader lead generation or acquisition tool might be a better fit for your needs.

“Developer-friendly API integration”
Pros
Working with the API integration has been a really positive experience. It fits well into development workflows and from a developer's perspective it's very easy to implement. The platform is also quite user-friendly so using it day to day feels simple.
Cons
Even though the service is very good and the one-month trial is helpful, pricing is not shown clearly for customers who are interested in using it beyond just the trial period. That makes it harder for anyone considering a longer-term commitment.

“Versatile SMS marketing”
Pros
One thing that really works in this tool's favor is its SMS Marketing feature. It adds something beyond standard email marketing which makes the platform feel more complete and useful across different areas. The SMS sending is fast, delivery feels almost immediate and the way messages are received quickly makes the feature stand out. Honestly, it offers something distinctive that not many other providers seem to include in the same way.
Cons
A frustrating limitation is the lack of proper support for mobile devices. Setting up an SMS advertising campaign from a phone just isn't possible and that seriously restricts what users can do with their account when they are away from a computer. It would be much better if campaign creation features were also available on mobile phones.

“Fantastic modern tool”
Pros
Compared with a lot of CRM platforms that feel dated and old-fashioned, this one feels absolutely out of this world. It's a fantastic tool and stands out in a really positive way.
Cons
The biggest downside is the reporting. There's no way to automate reports and you also can't view forecasts or opportunities for the upcoming month or year which makes tracking targets much harder. For a business, that can be a major factor to consider.
