Say goodbye to manual tracking

Pros

I have started using RSS CRM to keep track of performer details for my events. Setting it up, customizing it and using it has been so easy. And yes I have recommended it to fellow promoters and they are beginning to see the advantages too.

Cons

I am not sure what to say yet. Everything takes time to resolve the glitches but so far, its going well.

Wonderful organization for customer evidence, effective email management and sales track

Pros

RSS.CRM is an invaluable tool for me to organize and access all customer data and communication lists in one place. It provides top notch customer relationship management and email management feature, which are essential for finding new opportunities. With RSS.CRM I can easily add detailed information to each record which includes contact details and notes. Task assignment also helps me track and share ideas with my team improving customer interactions and exploring new ways to enhance relationship management. The integration with various email systems allows me to respond to customer requests and send promotional offers in an organized manner. Additionally, RSS.CRMs reports help me track opportunities, link them to campaigns, identify product development needs and continuously review our marketing strategy.

Cons

With RSS I find it difficult to allocate certain fields when creating menus and I see potential for further improvements and automation in tracking and sending emails to make the process more effective.

I enjoy Really Simple!

Pros

With Really Simple Systems it is very easy to organize and access to client files and reports.

Cons

The language used can be a bit confusing. Some metrics and reports seem to use more European terms and not all reports or metrics are immediately easy for me to understand.

Really Simple CRM is, in fact, Really Simple!

Pros

RSS CRM product is easy to use and implement. The best part is that it is cloud based and offers great value!

Cons

There is no initial integration with our other systems. We keep it separate for our sales team to focus on their pipelines and contacts.

Pros

Best Contact Database Platform

Pros

I have found this tool really helpful for organizing all my company contacts. Seeing when the last update was made for each contact is a major benefit for me.

Cons

Search function needs improvement as I sometimes cannot find information when I search using keywords.

Great CRM that grows with you

Pros

When we started, we needed a system that was both simple to use and affordable. As our needs have grown, its been as easy as clicking a button to enable additional features on the platform. Its a fantastic tool.

Cons

At times it feels a bit simplistic using the base level of the account but there are many more options that I am just starting to explore.

Right fit for our needs

Pros

RSS CRM has been a great starting point for tracking client relationships and new leads. Its not complex and is easy for me to learn.

Cons

The CRM system is quite customizable though I wish I could adjust a few more metrics on the main screen.

Good For Sale Beginners

Really Simple Systems, should be rebranded Incredibly Powerful Systems

Pros

This CRM is very user-friendly and offers a wealth of support material which includes video tutorials to help me get started. At its basic level, it can be customized to meet my company's needs. It provides a fast and flexible customer database and can include pipeline and sales functions, along with automation and cloud storage options which I can add as needed.

Cons

Well it is not the best as I cannot bulk move customer tasks to a new date within the Task Window. If several tasks are not completed, it becomes time-consuming to individually reschedule each task. It would be very useful to select multiple tasks across various customers and set a new date for all of them.

Easy for me to use and implement and it does not have any unnecessary functions which is greta.

Cons

The distinction between accounts and contacts is not ideal. The system seems better designed for B2B rather than B2C.

Makes our work easier and better

Pros

The software makes managing our work easier and helps me track customers which in turn improves our business productivity.

Cons

RSS system locked us out immediately when we missed a payment which impacted our teams work. It would be helpful to receive reminder emails in advance if we overlook an invoice.

Pros

Really Simple Systems is highly intuitive and easy to use. The reporting function is simply the best as it has the ability to customize activity fields.

Excellent for our small business

Pros

We use it for tracking all our customer service and support history. I find it very easy to use and can add or remove fields as needed to fully customize it for our business. Also it is great for task management and recording service activities in the field or workshop.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about it.

Really Simple Systems Review

Pros

Software is fairly easy to use. However, the sales management section could improve, especially in terms of leaving comments and notes which I feel lets the whole system down.

Cons

The emailer is not simple as I expected like adjusting fonts and spacing is challenging and its not always clear if mistakes are made. I had to ensure all fonts were the same. Additionally, recording sales contacts' conversations is quite weak.
