An organizational lifesaver

Pros

It keeps all my information perfectly organized and puts every contact detail right at my fingertips, along with a complete history of all our interactions.

Cons

Since the recent updates, there is hardly anything I do not like about it!

Great CRM for beginners

Pros

It is quite intuitive and includes all the fundamental features we did expect from a CRM, plus an email campaign component.

Cons

Integrating with other platforms and handling advanced marketing tasks was pretty challenging. And I found the process a bit too manual, especially when it comes to importing or exporting contacts and setting up emails.

Needs better coordination

Pros

I switched to Spotler when Really Simple Systems made the change, and honestly, it feels like they kept things pretty much the same from a user perspective.

Cons

I repeatedly requested customer service to contact me because I could not reach them, but no one ever called me back.

Works well but looks quite outdated

Pros

The free trial allowed me to explore the software and test it out. I was able to run a test email marketing campaign, and it worked well.

Cons

User interface is very unappealing and definitely needs a redesign. And even though there is a tutorial available I feel like it still could be made more user-friendly.

RSS is an excellent platform

RSS has been the best among all we've tried

Pros

True to its name, its really simple to use. I enjoy adding custom fields, customizing the dashboard, integrating marketing automation with the CRM and attaching documents to records.

Cons

I did like to have the option to add new job titles without having to leave contact creation and go into settings. It would also be helpful to view documents in a pop-up window rather than having to download them.

Just getting started, so can't say much

Pros

One thing I like the most is that the software provides me with a single place to store contacts and partner information.

Cons

Email marketing is not as streamlined as I did prefer and the setup process takes longer than it should.

RSS is a complete tool

Pros

With hundreds of clients, I can find a name and all related information with just a click. Adding a data field is quick and the reports help me monitor growth and opportunities. In short Really Simple Systems has been a key tool in managing my business.

Cons

I wish there was a way for me to scroll through client names without having to input them each time.

Good, but it still has room to grow

Pros

About Really Simple Systems I like the option to upgrade to Enterprise without needing to have 20 or 50 staff members.

Cons

I have never quite mastered Zapier so now I am having trouble connecting it with other systems like WordPress, Event Espresso and WPForms.

Delivers exactly as promised

Pros

It's been really good, especially the customer support. Also it covers everything I need in a CRM system.

Cons

Makes my job simple

Pros

Setting up tasks and scheduling them is very easy and I love how easy it is to use the communication tracking feature. It makes things so simple for me.

Cons

There is limitation that I cannot use a contact in more than one account which is not great.

I like it!

Pros

I like how easily I can log and organize emails to clients using the codes.

Cons

Sometimes the CRM stops syncing emails without notifying me so I have to manually add emails which can be frustrating and time consuming.

Pricey but worth every penny

Without a doubt the multiple customization options and ease of use of the tool stand out to me the most.

Cons

Invest, and you will not regret

Pros

Displaying statistics from campaigns is pretty simple for me.

Cons

I cannot import HTML code which would make creating campaigns quicker especially since copying a previous campaign isn't easy.

RSS has helped me a lot in organizing all the customer information. As our business grows, my team knows where to find the information they need and can easily update the system with new data. It keeps everyone informed with up to date information.

Easy to use

Pros

Really Simple Systems system has been fantastic for tracking workflows within my team mainly since our staff works from different locations and at various times. Plus managing handovers during absences has become easier which leads to better client interactions.

Cons

The email sync is great but the way the emails are displayed is not very easy to read. And when they auto-sync, they show up as block text instead of the way they look in Outlook, which makes going through past emails a bit of a hassle.
