The email sync is great but the way the emails are displayed is not very easy to read. And when they auto-sync, they show up as block text instead of the way they look in Outlook, which makes going through past emails a bit of a hassle.

It provides a fast and flexible customer database and can include pipeline and sales functions, along with automation and cloud storage options which I can add as needed.
Cons
Well it is not the best as I cannot bulk move customer tasks to a new date within the Task Window. If several tasks are not completed, it becomes time-consuming to individually reschedule each task. It would be very useful to select multiple tasks across various customers and set a new date for all of them.
