It was a budget-friendly starting point for learning CRMs, though we've now found more robust solutions like Zoho One and Microsoft Dynamics.
Cons
The calendar sync keeps turning itself off, we experience regular glitches and we cannot be logged into two systems at once on the same browser.

The system is simple to operate and training new users is also pretty easy as it just requires consistent data entry like any other system.
Cons
I wish there were more automation options. The email tool also feels clunky and difficult to work with.

This is the most user friendly CRM available. After comparing many options, it was the clear winner for its ease of use. It integrated smoothly with our workflow and the everyday features make a real difference. I'd definitely recommend it!
Cons
It truly lives up to its name. As it is incredibly easy to use and fits perfectly with our workflow. I honestly cannot think of a single feature that's missing or needs improvement. I am completely satisfied with it.

Pros
As someone new to both the organization and this software, I have found it perfectly handles our basic contact database needs. Also it is logical, user-friendly and has become essential for managing our operations across 250+ businesses. We are still discovering its full potential which shows how comprehensive it is.
Cons
I have very few complaints. The only issue was with the automated email logging, it messed up the formatting and made conversations hard to follow, so we went back to manually adding emails as activities which works better for us.

Most features are easy to use but as we have grown, maintaining everything has become challenging. So a system refresh might be needed.
Cons
List-building could be more user friendly and I would love more integrations especially with LinkedIn, Twitter and a smoother connection to Outlook, so everything is in one place.
