“The CRM that evolves as your business does
Pros
The support is excellent and the system literally grows in capability and functionality as my business expands.
Cons
It would be helpful to format fonts within the system (such as bold, italic, highlight, etc.), and the server can be a bit slow.

Its simple for me to learn and use on a daily basis.
Cons
I cannot pull a report that combines all account and contact details due to the current setup. The Delete and Edit buttons should be reversed why is Delete the first option? I mostly edit rather than delete. When adding a new account, the Comments Box should be long and thin rather than short and wide; it unnecessarily pushes the page off the screen. The recent price increase has made one of my clients consider switching products.

I am very much pleased with what RSC offers and how it helps with our daily business management.
Cons
I did prefer more functionality for tracking task progress. It would be helpful to have a prompt when tasks are overdue or require immediate attention.

The quality of customer service is outstanding. They usually tailor my reports and fields to my needs within a day which is especially useful for small and medium-sized businesses where staff often multitask.
Cons
I find the feature for linking accounts a bit confusing. However considering the benefits and support provided this issue is outweighed by the overall advantages of the product.

Really Simple Systems interface is use friendly for me. The platform is designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate which helps me get started quickly. Additionally, Really Simple Systems CRM provides a range of training and support resources which includes video tutorials, webinars and a knowledge base, which help me maximize the platforms potential. The affordability is another major benefit; the entry-level plan is free which is a great option for small businesses just starting out.
Cons
One of my main concerns with Really Simple Systems CRM is its limited customization options. While it offers various features and functionalities, I cannot tailor it as much as I'd like to fit my unique needs. Another drawback is its limited integrations. Although it connects with several popular tools, it may not be compatible with all the tools I use which could make integration into my existing tech stack challenging.

Pros
I found Really Simple Systems CRM very intuitive and user-friendly. Setting it up and using it was simple and I could customize it to fit my specific needs. The customer service was excellent and always available to answer my questions and help when needed. I also liked that the system was affordable and scalable to fit my budget.
Cons
The user interface can be clumsy and confusing for me. There are no options to customize the user interface or reports. The mobile app is quite basic and does not sync with the desktop version. Additionally, there is no integration with third-party applications.

My favorite part is having all my client details in one spot so I can instantly see their status. I also love being able to assign tasks to my team and track what's been finished.
Cons

The software is very easy to use and has great tutorial guides. Plus the custom fields are an essential feature to me as I would not use a system that did not offer them.
Cons
We'd love to filter and view only specific types of accounts but it always shows the entire list. Maybe we are missing the setting but it would be great to focus on just one account group without scrolling through everything each time.

Cons
One of the most significant limitation is not having a mail merge feature to populate data into documents for letters. Creating contact groups through the reporting module also feels unnecessarily complicated to me.
