Pros
We were amazed by how quickly we got our database operational. The best part is that the support team provided personal, professional guidance throughout the entire setup process.
Cons
Connecting it with our other software has been difficult but the support team collaborates with us and other vendors to find workarounds.

The system is fairly user friendly, delivers clear reports and offers plenty of flexibility for our needs.
Cons
It is not a complaint but I would love to have a feature that lets me edit data directly in a list view instead of opening each record individually.

Creating new accounts is a simple process and I find the filtering tools really effective.
Cons
We have a limit on user accounts though thats likely my own mistake in the setup.

“Simple to start but tasks feel too complex
Pros
Getting started was simple and importing our data was easy too. Setting up email campaigns was also quick and adding content wasnrt a problem either. Moreover creating custom fields for our customers was no trouble and the support team is always helpful.
Cons
Every task feels like it takes too many steps. To update a contact, you have to search for them, open their profile, click edit, make the change and then save. Plus the slow loading times make this even more tedious. I mean it would be much simpler to edit directly on the contact page without a separate mode. Lists and reports should be unified too like I should not have to create a separate list from a report just to email those contacts. Copying email campaigns is also harder than it should be.

For our Business Improvement District, building detailed profiles of our levy payers is essential and this CRM makes that possible.
Cons
Like many CRMs it seems mostly built for sales teams but it isnt really an issue for us

I love how easy it is to customize the entire system. Creating reports is simple too and organizing our customers into groups is very easy.
Cons
The email campaign tool could use more font choices and I think the creation wizard would be better if it was more user friendly.

“Excellent for lead management!
Pros
It is easy for our whole team to add and track leads and talk to customers. The email campaign tool is also excellent because it has many customization options. The one on one support calls have been great too and for now we are only using about half of what the platform can do.
Cons
Though it works well but the design is a bit plain and could be more visually engaging.

It offers good customization for an out of the box CRM and sales lead platform. We have not even explored all its features yet.
Cons
Navigation can feel a bit clunky at times and even though I know it is a database system but searching and moving between sections could be smoother.

The support has been amazing for real. They all are UK-based people and are incredibly helpful and I especially like how easy it is to customize the sales pipeline for my business, even with limited technical skills.

I really like how adaptable the product is for our specific industry and workflow.
Cons
The terms Lists and Reports are confusing as we often have to guess what they mean or ask for help. Also the addition of spell check feature would be great and we'd love to add our own branding and even client logos to reports.

My favorite thing is how user-friendly it is. We needed almost no training to get started and the dashboard has clear tutorials for anything we were not sure about.
Cons
One of the main issue is that the system is not completely reliable. Sometimes it does not log our tasks and activities especially emails we have sent. While it usually works, these gaps happen occasionally. The platform can also be surprisingly slow and we have confirmed it is not our internet connection. And on very rare occasions, we have been completely locked out with error messages, though support has always fixed this quickly when reported.
