An amazing tool

Pros

It is an amazing tool for managing all our client and partner information in one central place.

Cons

The system's effectiveness depends entirely on the team using it. You need everyone to consistently update their information. Many data fields are not relevant to my role, so I would prefer the ability to hide unnecessary options from my view.

Pros

The interface is user-friendly and the system is packed with all the features most small to medium businesses need.

Cons

As per me the email marketing designer is quite basic and does not offer much flexibility for detailed formatting or customization.

Really simple navigation

Pros

Navigating the software is really simple. The layout is also simple yet customizable to our business needs. Even when creating reports, I can usually figure it out by just exploring the options.

Cons

The interface sometimes changes unexpectedly and the way notes are displayed might look different one day and then revert back which is also very confusing.

Simple and easy for new team members

Pros

I like how simple and easy it is to use. The best thing is that the new team members can get started with very little training.

Cons

The quote templates cannot be edited and feel quite limited to me compared to other platforms.

The softwrae is flexible, user-friendly and scalable. Plus I like that I can easily send emails to specific client categories.

Cons

Nothing too major but the notes field has a character limit that feels a bit restrictive to me.

Pros

I really love how you can customize the details to fit your specific business and that those custom fields are then easy to search. The integration with our accounting software is also incredibly helpful.

It is pretty simple, reliable and does exactly what it promises. My favorite part is how we can adapt the entire system to our specific industry needs. I also like linking related accounts and storing documents directly with them.

Perfect for free-form input

Pros

For most daily note-taking and adding general information, the process is wonderfully quick and simple, which has been a real improvement for my workflow.

Cons

this tool's simplicity breaks down with structured data. It's frustrating that we can't just copy and paste a full address instead, we have to manually split it and enter each line into separate fields, which feels unnecessarily tedious

clean and simple layout

Pros

The layout is clean and simple which allows us to complete basic tasks very fast and easily.

Cons

To some the interface can feel a bit too simplistic. Plus data entry is slow because many actions require a page refresh. So I feel like it would be better if all account information was on a single page.

An excellent search function for instant results

Pros

I find its search function excellent and it helps us locate information almost instantly.

Cons

The migration from our old SAGE CRM was not very smooth and the quote template is too rigid and we'd love more control to add, remove or even create our own custom template fields.

Quite simple but lacks customization

Pros

Overall I find it quite simple and very easy to figure out.

Cons

I cannot fully customize some fields especially in the opportunities section. Also the reporting is not my favorite either. I wish it had more versatile features like integrating quotations, connecting with financial software and pulling in emails and Excel data.
