Pros
It is an amazing tool for managing all our client and partner information in one central place.
Cons
The system's effectiveness depends entirely on the team using it. You need everyone to consistently update their information. Many data fields are not relevant to my role, so I would prefer the ability to hide unnecessary options from my view.

“Really simple navigation
Pros
Navigating the software is really simple. The layout is also simple yet customizable to our business needs. Even when creating reports, I can usually figure it out by just exploring the options.
Cons
The interface sometimes changes unexpectedly and the way notes are displayed might look different one day and then revert back which is also very confusing.

I like how simple and easy it is to use. The best thing is that the new team members can get started with very little training.
Cons

For most daily note-taking and adding general information, the process is wonderfully quick and simple, which has been a real improvement for my workflow.
Cons
this tool's simplicity breaks down with structured data. It's frustrating that we can't just copy and paste a full address instead, we have to manually split it and enter each line into separate fields, which feels unnecessarily tedious

The layout is clean and simple which allows us to complete basic tasks very fast and easily.
Cons
To some the interface can feel a bit too simplistic. Plus data entry is slow because many actions require a page refresh. So I feel like it would be better if all account information was on a single page.

I cannot fully customize some fields especially in the opportunities section. Also the reporting is not my favorite either. I wish it had more versatile features like integrating quotations, connecting with financial software and pulling in emails and Excel data.
