The software is user friendly. I mean while you might occasionally run into roadblocks, the support chat makes it simple to get help fast. Another plus is how easy it is to integrate and link with Gmail. I mean just a few clicks and it's connected. The standout feature for me is the depth of customization and the control over the order of outreach. I end up sending roughly five to ten times what I would usually send.
Cons
Price can be a sticking point in some situations but with tools like this I always weigh cost against the revenue it brings. In my case since it lets me multiply my outreach by five to ten times and boost revenue roughly fivefold, a $50 monthly fee is negligible. Even at the top tier around $90 I consider it reasonable if it helps me land higher-ticket clients over time.

Our company had most things in place but we realized our Sales team was missing a good outbound tool. A friend recommended it and we decided to give it a try so now we have been using it ever since and are really happy with it. It's become an important part of our outreach. Right now we value the automation features the most though we are still exploring other parts of the platform. Customer support has been excellent too as they are responsive and very helpful.
Cons
From our point of view, the platform is missing native integrations with CRMs we rely on, like Pipedrive or Freshsales and having those connections would make our workflows much smoother.

I also appreciate that their subscription bundles in MailToaster warming services and the AI-driven email quality checks are a helpful touch.

I'd like Reply to add the option to schedule emails using a specific date trigger so campaigns can kick off exactly when needed without manual intervention. It'd also be useful to be able to build a single sequence in several languages which would save me from duplicating work for multilingual outreach.
