Pros
The tools the platform gives me for organizing my campaigns are the best.
Cons
My biggest frustration is how the sign is coded because I cannot customize its design the way I'd like it to.

It really simplifies keeping my outreach organized. Whether I am running a complex, multi-touch campaign or doing a quick mass send, this platform keeps everything in order so I don't miss follow-ups or let any leads slip through the cracks.
Cons
At my level I only have a single dedicated contact and although the virtual support is incredibly helpful, I often find myself running back to them with lots of clarifying questions that I probably wouldn't have needed if I'd been assigned a proper onboarding contact. Still, their support team is genuinely very helpful and responsive.

Whenever I have run into problems or needed advice, the team replies fast, provides practical help and consistently goes the extra mile to get things sorted. I genuinely appreciate how committed they are to our success. On the functionality side, Reply.io has noticeably boosted our prospecting efforts. I find its bulk email campaign capabilities particularly helpful. the platform handles large-scale outreach smoothly and without fuss. It's made running cold email sequences far more manageable for our SDR group. Overall Reply.io has empowered our team by increasing outreach efficiency and deliverability. The mix of top-notch customer service combined with powerful features makes it a valuable asset for any sales squad trying to ramp up prospecting.

One thing I really like is the ability to pull data from almost any website especially LinkedIn through Sales Navigator. Also I can work with that data directly inside Reply.io so I do not have to keep switching between apps. Automating routine tasks and outreach has made running LinkedIn campaigns much easier and more efficient for my team. Their customer support is also the best and always quick to respond when I need help. Overall it's simple to use and set up even for someone with limited experience.
Cons
Every now and then the Google Chrome extension acts up and stops working and the only reliable fix I have found is to uninstall it and then reinstall it. It's annoying when it happens but in my experience it's a fairly minor hiccup.

I didn't keep using the product after the trial period so I cannot provide much feedback other than to say the inbox functionality is quite glitchy.
Cons
After the trial the contract included a clause that automatically converted our account into a $6,000 per year license and we were never alerted about that change. Although we had no intention of continuing service and immediately emailed their team to explain, I got no response from them at all.
