Pros
I am really impressed with how user friendly the interface is. Whenever a feature acts up or something isn't behaving as expected, support is always available and typically replies within about five minutes.
Cons
Occasionally I notice that it doesn't detect contacts who have already replied and it still fires off the follow-up email.

What really differentiates Reply from other platforms, in my experience, is the ability to automate LinkedIn actions and tie them together with other channels like email, giving me a more holistic way to reach prospects. I also appreciate that it protects my campaigns and brand reputation by pausing initial sends when a campaign's bounce rate goes above fifteen percent which helps avoid larger deliverability problems down the line.
Cons
Because we operate as a Spanish-speaking company, a lot of the email analysis features don't work for us which is frustrating. I feel this is an area that should improve in the future. being able to localize Reply across every language would be a real upgrade especially now that ChatGPT and similar tools are becoming widespread. Also, if Reply added WhatsApp automation, in my view that would be a major enhancement and could turn it into the near-perfect solution.

Well I am genuinely impressed with Reply's support team they're fantastic! They respond lightning-fast, resolve issues almost immediately and reliably provide practical solutions whenever I need them.
Cons
I like that Reply packs a wide range of features but I do feel some parts of the interface aren't as user friendly as they could be. It's frustrating that there isn't an integrated calendar and having to move contacts manually adds extra steps to my daily workflow. Still, with the variety of capabilities it offers, I find it very useful for many different tasks.
