“Good support saves the product”
Pros
The UI and the feature set look great though a number of elements still require development. I find support to be quick and friendly. Were it not for the help I received from the support team, I probably would have left the service by now since so many questions came up and were resolved thanks to the agents.
Cons
Reply's contact data quality is pretty low right now understandably it's still in beta. The sheer number of labels and tags confused me when I tried to remove an email from a particular sequence and I kept getting mixed results. In the end I experimented with different statuses Do Not Contact, Paused for a while and finally Blacklist and the blacklist was the one that actually solved the issue for me.

“Clean design, higher open rates”
Pros
Reply is very easy to use and the design is clean and well thought out. Also there are plenty of ways to customize campaigns to fit how my business works. The email quality checker helps me see how strong my copy is. The platform also runs smoothly without issues and I have seen higher open rates than with other tools we have tried. Support is also fast and friendly.
Cons
What I dislike. Linking a LinkedIn account via cookie feels unreliable to me. I am also not convinced by how they report open rates so I end up recalculating it myself. It reports the maximum open rate of a sequence instead of a true average which I find misleading.

“Non-tech friendly tool”
Pros
For someone who isn't very tech-savvy, I actually find the interface really easy to get around. Its tools genuinely make my everyday workflow smoother and whenever I have reached out with issues the support crew has been excellent they reply promptly and consistently fix whatever I am stuck on.
Cons
I'd love it if triggers could be applied retroactively to existing cases instead of only taking effect on new ones from now on.

“Jason AI builds sequences faster”
Pros
One of the things I enjoy most about it is the range of features it offers, such as email sequencing making calls, pulling leads from their database, responsive customer support and easy navigation. I can also sync Reply with other SaaS platforms to streamline my workflow. Another standout is Jason AI as the AI assistant that genuinely helps me build sequences more efficiently and with far less effort than before.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about Reply. however, I do see two areas that could use improvement. The website's design feels fine but could be updated to a more modern look similar to Apollo or lemlist. When I am extracting data, the filtering options are numerous yet I wish they would add a couple more capabilities found in Apollo.io for example identifying the tech stack a prospect uses and providing details like funding amount and the most recent funding round for companies or leads.

“Personalize contact segments easily”
Pros
I really appreciate the ability to personalize and customize contact segments so they match each target audience and campaign.
Cons
For me the split testing feature isn't as reliable as I'd hope and the LinkedIn integration can be glitchy at times.

“Well thought out tool”
Pros
This program is very well thought out. I find it easy to use and appreciate how flexible it is and their customer support has been great.
Cons
I had to learn how to adjust my email settings which took a bit of time that's not the company's fault, it's just a skill I needed to pick up to use the software properly.

“Support replies in five minutes”
Pros
I am really impressed with how user friendly the interface is. Whenever a feature acts up or something isn't behaving as expected, support is always available and typically replies within about five minutes.
Cons
Occasionally I notice that it doesn't detect contacts who have already replied and it still fires off the follow-up email.
