Daily use and allows quick tweaks

Pros

Reply has a very user friendly interface and makes running email and LinkedIn campaigns easy. I rely on it daily, so being able to rapidly tweak sequence layouts or update recipient lists without jumping through hoops is essential to me. On that front, it delivers. Setting it up and linking it to other tools was fairly fast and uncomplicated. When I have needed help, support replies promptly and courteously which I appreciate as a strong point.

Cons

Occasionally I run into issues with searching emails or with the email validation feature but in my experience these problems are relatively minor and don't disrupt my workflow much.

Managing contacts could be simpler editing entries, searching, transferring people into lists or sequences and working with custom fields all feel a bit clunky. I am also blocked by the requirement that every contact needs an email address. there are many people for whom I only have a phone number or a LinkedIn profile and I still want to be able to add them to the system.

Cons

From my perspective, the product still needs a few additional features to compete with some long-established sales enablement platforms. however, I think Reply is an excellent choice for those looking for an entry-level solution.

customer support is the best

Pros

Honestly I have found this tool pretty perfect for running email drip campaigns. My colleagues and I can collaborate across different teams and even organizations without hassle. On top of that, the customer support, people like Anastasiia has been outstanding. their real-time help is hands-down the best I have come across.

Cons
