“Daily use and allows quick tweaks”
Pros
Reply has a very user friendly interface and makes running email and LinkedIn campaigns easy. I rely on it daily, so being able to rapidly tweak sequence layouts or update recipient lists without jumping through hoops is essential to me. On that front, it delivers. Setting it up and linking it to other tools was fairly fast and uncomplicated. When I have needed help, support replies promptly and courteously which I appreciate as a strong point.
Cons
Occasionally I run into issues with searching emails or with the email validation feature but in my experience these problems are relatively minor and don't disrupt my workflow much.

We notice it integrates well with our other tools and has significantly streamlined automating our outreach email campaigns. Also it is easy to operate and the rollout went well. We have not needed customer support so far and we end up using it almost every single day.
Cons
I'd love the option to link several email and LinkedIn accounts under a single login so I wouldn't have to switch between multiple user logins to manage them all.

I am also blocked by the requirement that every contact needs an email address. there are many people for whom I only have a phone number or a LinkedIn profile and I still want to be able to add them to the system.
