Honestly I have found this tool pretty perfect for running email drip campaigns. My colleagues and I can collaborate across different teams and even organizations without hassle. On top of that, the customer support, people like Anastasiia has been outstanding. their real-time help is hands-down the best I have come across.

It's automated multi-touch strategy, AI-recommended email templates designed to boost open rates, HubSpot CRM integration and a Google extension for scraping data mean you don't need to manually copy-paste into the CRM or into Reply. I honestly cannot picture our workflow without this platform. They also run webinars and provide resources that teach best practices and their customer support is outstanding! Within our B2B team this tool lifted open rates, improved reply rates, increased booked meetings and cut down dead time spent on cold calls and manual tasks. The campaign flows are superb and they give full support. Also the pricing is very attractive! It also delivered real, measurable ROI consistently.

I would like the Chrome add-on to function more like a getemail.io app so it shows extra database details. Anyhow, working with the software so far I can say we love it!

Onboarding was quick and easy and I find the browser extension really handy. What really impresses me is the customer support as they respond incredibly fast.

something about reply i like most is how responsive their team is. I am always asking questions and picking up new tips about handling our account and every person I have reached out to has been really willing to jump in and assist me.

While Reply.io's features stand up very well against other solutions, I have been absolutely amazed by their support team they helped us even before we officially became customers.

I would have appreciated more interactive tools in the editor for instance, simpler ways to embed videos, add calendar links and similar extras as optional upgrades. however, all the essential features my team required are included and work reliably.
