If I had to name what I like most I would say the interface is very user friendly and easy to use even for someone new to automated outreach. Second scaling campaigns and copying what works is simple which saves me a lot of time. Third their support team has been excellent every time I have needed help.
Cons
One downside I have run into is that Reply caps the number of API calls you can make. That restriction makes it harder to get full value from Reply when I am trying to tie it into other systems Pipedrive, in particular, is affected by this limitation.

Reply.io makes it easy to create quick, effective campaigns and track their performance. Also it is simple to set up mixed campaigns that combine emails with LinkedIn connection requests and messages.
Cons
the reports it produced were the best but I really wish there was a built-in option to export them as PDF files so I could easily share them with other members of my team.

It is an excellent email automation platform. Getting everything set up was pretty easy and I appreciate that the interface is so clean and user-friendly. What stands out most to me is their top-notch customer support. I relied on the live chat frequently when I had questions about using the features and every time the team provided helpful, responsive assistance.
Cons
it's disappointing that Reply.io doesn't include an email warmup feature. I had to rely on a separate service because my outbound messages began landing in spam folders which has been a real hassle.

It's really easy to use and it simplifies outreach so I can scale my efforts without trouble. plus their support team is outstanding and will assist me with anything.
Cons
Finding certain settings can be frustrating at times and I am irritated that I have to email support whenever I want to downgrade. they essentially require me to contact them to switch to a monthly plan.

It's incredibly powerful and packed with features and far more sophisticated than Salesloft which I had used before. I also find it easy to use and best of all, the customer support is outstanding!!
Cons
Occasionally I feel overwhelmed by the number of features and find the interface a bit less user friendly than I'd expect though it's a very minor issue but in my experience the customer support more than makes up for these shortcomings.
