“smooth our workflow”
Pros
The automation and workflow features completely streamline my day, making things far easier to handle and allowing me to build a smooth, consistent workflow.
Cons
I really wish there was an option to group contacts by their domain and send them as a single threaded email which would save me a ton of time and cut down on clutter in my outreach. For instance, when I have ten people from Company A to contact, I don't want to fire off ten separate emails I'd much prefer to bundle everyone with the same domain into one chain instead of creating ten different threads, making follow-ups and tracking far simpler.

“Templates craft personalized messages”
Pros
As part of my job I communicate regularly with clients as well as potential customers and partners. Reply has been great for assembling and sending large volumes of messages efficiently. I also lean on their templates and toolset to craft personalized, effective emails every day. I value being able to monitor delivery rates and replies which lets me adjust future content more accurately. The reporting features in Reply give me the data I need to make smarter decisions.
Cons
I am still getting the hang of writing emails that sound more upbeat while keeping the reading level accessible. Technical parts of my job sometimes require industry jargon and it can be a challenge to simplify those concepts for non-experts. Over time, as I keep using Reply and refining my email sequences, I find that my ability to improve readability is steadily getting better.

“AI sorts replies well”
Pros
Every year they keep introducing new tools that make our marketing far more effective, so I don't have to hunt for another vendor to get what I need. I use the platform daily and find it incredibly user-friendly. What really stands out to me is Reply's AI it picks up on how prospects respond and automatically sorts messages which genuinely simplifies my workload. When it comes to customer support, I value that they respond within minutes and provide personalized help. They often do more than I asked, looking for the most efficient, easiest solution to resolve the problem for me.
Cons
There are still a few glitches in the system that they're actively working to address but whenever I report something, the technical team moves quickly to fix it. I appreciate how fast they respond and how seriously they take bug reports, aiming to patch problems as soon as possible.

“Simpler than other tools”
Pros
I have tried three other email automation platforms and honestly Reply's interface is the simplest and most user friendly. I spend two to three hours in it every day and I actually enjoy using it. Beyond the main tool, they offer real support such as ready-made templates, practical tips, warm-up tools and email health checks. Those extras show they truly understand how to get emails into inboxes which is what really matters. Over the past three years, I have seen better results with Reply than with other tools and that's why I keep using it.
Cons
Honestly I loved the new triggers feature but it still needs more polish and extra options for people who don't use LinkedIn. There are several automations I want to set up. something as simple as moving someone who finished a sequence but didn't reply into a follow-up sequence should be possible. Right now I can shift people who completed sequences but I cannot distinguish whether they finished because they replied, bounced or for some other reason and that limitation blocks some of my workflows. They should add the ability to filter or tag by completion reason. Apart from this shortcoming, everything else has been working well for me.
