“Unlimited campaigns are useful”
Pros
the best thing is being able to set up as many campaigns as I want which lets me automate different outreach workflows for connecting with prospects. I also appreciate being able to view performance analytics for each campaign and the ability to generate AI drafts they speed up work and simplify tasks while keeping the quality intact.
Cons
I think the inbox could use a few quality-of-life upgrades. For example, having the ability to filter messages by campaign would be incredibly helpful that would make managing multiple sequences much cleaner. Funny enough, I only discovered a couple of weeks ago that there's an option to view the inbox as a whole which I wish I'd known sooner. On the People tab, I'd really like to be able to click a contact and immediately see the last message I sent them, so I can quickly decide whether to generate a new message with Jason AI, write a manual reply or send a follow-up.

I am really impressed with how simple it is to launch a new drip campaign as the platform's interface is user friendly and I find the reporting clear, concise and easy to work with as well.
Cons
Being able to change the send dates for emails after a campaign goes live would be really helpful. I'd use that feature often.

The product keeps evolving, continuously rolling out increasingly valuable features for sales and marketing teams. I also found the analytics exceptionally easy to build, explore and apply. It makes creating content, measuring its impact and tracking campaign performance simple. Awesome work and keep going!

I have encountered a handful of issues previously things like no built-in inbox, missing ability to tag or categorize different response types and the absence of LinkedIn automation. Fortunately, each of these gaps has since been addressed or implemented. At this point I truly have no complaints!

Pros
As a user, I find it quite user friendly. The interface clearly outlines steps I need to take to use it and it includes the best templates I can customize.
Cons
Honestly I find running it solo can feel a bit overwhelming at times, because there are lots of features that become harder to grasp unless you have substantial industry experience and background.
