As a user, I find it quite user friendly. The interface clearly outlines steps I need to take to use it and it includes the best templates I can customize.
Cons
Honestly I find running it solo can feel a bit overwhelming at times, because there are lots of features that become harder to grasp unless you have substantial industry experience and background.

For my particular needs, this software adapts really well and comes packed with tons of built-in tools that let me design highly personalized, multi-channel campaigns. I have also had excellent support the team is incredibly helpful and they respond faster than I expected, truly top-notch service!

I found the platform pretty complex at first, so it took me a while to get the hang of it. once I figured out how everything works, it becomes a lot more user-friendly. The calendar's visual layout could use work I'd like it to make it easier to see what's scheduled and on which days though that's a minor annoyance.

Pros
As a user, I think this is an exceptional tool. The UI feels very clean and easy to navigate and the LinkedIn automation feature is, in my opinion, its standout capability. That particular function really differentiates it from other options on the market.
Cons
I wish there were more folder options for organizing sequences because I end up creating a huge number of them and then get confused by similar names. adding better folder sorting would improve Reply noticeably. I am really just nitpicking at this stage but it would help a lot.
