“Two years, $80,000 in sales
Pros
Over the past two years I have relied on Reply and honestly the results have been outstanding. After putting in about $2,400, we ended up generating over $80,000 in sales. It's genuinely an amazing platform perfect for SDRs, marketers, growth teams and salespeople alike.
Cons
Right now Reply won't let me send InMails or WhatsApp messages which is a limitation for my outreach. however, the team is currently developing these features and says they'll be rolling them out soon.

“Non-tech friendly software
Pros
I am not very tech-savvy, so whenever I need assistance they're quick to respond and the system itself runs smoothly. They consistently seem genuinely willing to help and guide me through anything, too.
Cons
So far there haven't been any problems with Reply. I find it operates very well and meets my needs.

“Designed for users surely
Pros
From the moment I joined Reply.io, it was clear they really understand what users need. The platform is clean, nice to look at and easy to use. Every small feature feels thoughtfully designed to make our work smoother. Beyond the great software, their customer support is exceptional. They are always ready to help and often go above and beyond. When I had an issue, they not only solved it but also checked with their developers to make sure everything worked without me even asking. Also it is rare to find a company that cares this much. I plan to be its user for life. Thanks for making my work easier and more enjoyable.
Cons
As a paying customer, I wish we were able to arrange a Zoom call for troubleshooting or whenever I have general questions.

“Proactive support and fast fixes
Pros
One of the things I really value is being able to automate my email outreach, set unlimited follow-ups and run several campaigns at once. It packs a lot of tools that streamline outreach and make it both simpler and more effective. The UI feels user friendly so anyone on the team can pick it up quickly. Their customer support stands out for being proactive and solution-oriented. For example, when I was having trouble importing a contact list, Anna from their team jumped in and was incredibly helpful. As she diagnosed the problem and got it fixed fast. I am a.sp grateful to Anna and the whole support crew for their quick, accommodating assistance whenever I have needed it.
Cons
Honestly I haven't encountered any drawbacks so far. I am really satisfied with the platform and hope the Reply.io team continues to thrive and keeps delighting customers by maintaining the high quality and experience that has kept me so pleased with this product.

“Salesforce integration is my fav
Pros
What impresses me is how quickly a live person responds in the chat. I also appreciate the email validation tool and the integration with SFDC and Sales Navigator. It's been a game changer for my workflow.
Cons
It takes me quite a while to learn how to use Reply. However, after I tested it and got everything configured, I find the interface very easy to navigate now.

“Stands alongside industry leaders
Pros
Having used several sales enablement platforms including what many consider the industry leader I wanted to explore other options before committing our team to one. I found Reply and their sales team delivered a strong demo, so we put Reply through a 14-day trial to automate a lot of the manual legwork we had been doing. My conclusion. the product is excellent and stands alongside the top sales enablement tools, all at a very reasonable price. In practice it adds roughly $0.50 per hour to the labour component of our cost of sales which, given the productivity gains you get back, is a great trade-off. The real-time email evaluation tool is outstanding. I tweaked some of my standard templates using it and the results improved dramatically. The LinkedIn integration is fantastic heavy LinkedIn users can jump straight into lists and sequences and validate emails quickly. There's also an advanced LinkedIn Automation option where a sequence step can include connection requests, InMails and profile browsing. Sales and support were excellent I appreciate that free trials don't include every feature since companies bear costs. Being able to define time zones for contacts and reach them at the right times is very helpful, although you cannot control someone's travel schedule. Seeing activity stats made it simple to prioritize who to contact first. The sales and support teams were responsive throughout. Reply generated strong interactions and real sales leads that we're now working through the funnel. Coming from using the industry leader, I was genuinely impressed. Reply gets my thumbs up!
Cons
The pricing structure was a bit confusing at first and required me to read through the options carefully. it wasn't always clear what was or wasn't included in the package I might purchase at the end of the trial. NOTE. at the time I wrote this review there were three tabs you had to navigate to in order to view all pricing something I should have spotted sooner duh on me. You can also see the plan options in your account settings, so the self-service route is convenient. Whether you pay monthly or yearly, the value still holds up once you break down the additional labour cost across an annual subscription I did the math and worked it out to about $0.50 an hour based on a nine-hour workday on the Professional plan priced at $90 per month. Using an average of 20 workdays in a month, that incremental cost becomes quite small. If used correctly, you'll recoup that $0.50 per hour many times over through time saved and improved productivity.

“Easy drip campaigns
Pros
What I like about it is how easy it is to build a drip campaign, the ability to send from multiple email addresses is really convenient and the analytics are simple but detailed enough to tell me how each campaign is doing.
Cons
I have noticed that, unlike HubSpot where campaign emails don't clutter your inbox, Reply.io sends all campaign messages through my work email account, so my mailbox ends up getting crowded and it's harder to manage.

“Monitors metrics, simple to use
Pros
I have been using Reply.io to send outreach messages to many recipients at once and I find it simple to monitor the resulting metrics and performance statistics.
Cons
For me, there's literally nothing I can complain about Reply handles the task flawlessly. I feel like every feature is covered and the developers clearly anticipated even the smallest details involved in sending emails.
