“Love the automated workflows!
Pros
I love that we can set up different automated workflows for specific triggers. This tool also helps us stay organized and makes our emails appear genuine to the recipient.
Cons
My biggest issue is that email verification is not included as you have to pay extra for it, just like several other essential features.

Reply has a very good user experience, so I strongly recommend that everyone should give it a try. A comprehensive set of features for efficient marketing automation outbound and inbound. The customer support is great, and they are available 24/7.

Pros
The only feature that I really liked in this software was the bar on the left of the email, which displayed how good an email would be by using AI technology.
Cons
It didn’t work for us because of so many bugs. The editor had many bugs due to which a lot of our time was utilized in editing the emails, we had to write it in google docs and then paste it in Reply.

You can trust this tool, as long as it keeps doing what you need it to do.
Cons
You can reach support only through chat, and there isn’t a way to call them. Due to limited support, you might get stuck with something and won’t be able to do anything about it. The user interface at times can be extremely complicated. I had to cancel my subscription due to lack of support.

Cons
Their free trials are only for 14 days. The integrations and reports are complex, they can make it more simple and easier to use.

Pros
It is a great tool. We are able to send 400 emails each day from 3 different email addresses separately with our subscription. We can schedule follow-ups with this tool and it also lets us personalize our emails.
Cons
The email report that is generated for each campaign isn’t that accurate. It often says that we have received 2 replies whereas we actually have received 5 replies.
