“Easy start and scales naturally
Pros
Reply Software is easy to use, simple to get started with and it scales naturally as my interactions grow.
Cons
Offering a discount to long-term clients would make sense, in my opinion.

“highly recommended!
Pros
Honestly it's incredibly easy and user-friendly. Also I can automate almost everything. I have already sent over 1,000 emails and the warm-up process keeps things safe. Their customer support is amazing and very quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend it, 100%.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about the software. in my experience they've really simplified the whole workflow, so it's genuinely easy to use.

“support goes extra mile
Pros
Email campaigns have become our single most productive channel for generating new leads. Right now we blast out over 1,500 emails a day and that scale is only possible thanks to Reply.io. Our outreach sequences run end-to-end automatically and the platform's integrations let us push those leads straight into our sales CRM without manual work. Their support team has been great consistently helpful and ready to go the extra mile whenever we have questions or need assistance.
Cons
I'd like to see the LinkedIn automation features beefed up so we can reach prospects on LinkedIn as easily as we do by email. Right now the LinkedIn automation is fairly basic and doesn't offer the breadth of capabilities we'd expect, so improving that functionality would help brands combine LinkedIn outreach with their email sequences more effectively.

“so far so good
Pros
Reply offers features you don't usually see in other email automation tools. I especially liked using their Warm up tool which automatically prepares a new domain for mass outreach so my emails avoid the spam folder. Most importantly, their customer service is outstanding. Besides a comprehensive knowledge base that covers every facet of the tool, their team responds quickly to questions over chat and email.
Cons
There isn't much I don't like about the platform! It has tons of bells and whistles, so newcomers to email automation may feel overwhelmed. Still, the team is approachable and very quick to reply to customer service inquiries for support.

“Chat replies under five minutes
Pros
I am getting great value the platform has every feature I need and it builds incredibly fast. Their chat support is fantastic. they usually reply in under five minutes and give precise answers. I am really pleased using Reply.
Cons
There are some features that don't flow as smoothly or aren't fully automated yet and I notice it when I work with imperfect contact lists. For instance, if I upload a list missing details, I end up manually fixing company names or other fields which is fairly common across similar platforms.

“i like its safety settings
Pros
One thing I appreciate is the safety settings and send delays that throttle deliveries. There's an integrated warm up for new accounts, analytics at email, sequence and account levels, a custom tracking domain option, HubSpot sync and overall exceptionally responsive support team.
Cons
I don't have major complaints about Reply.io. There are things I'd like added but they're tied to my particular workflow and Reply.io's support team has welcomed my suggestions, treated them seriously and has been attentive to the feedback I have shared so far.

“Prospecting runs automatically in background
Pros
the way prospecting runs automatically in the background is a huge time-saver and incredibly handy. It does an excellent job uncovering potential leads and seamlessly pushes them into my outreach sequences. Our CRM integrates effortlessly with it and whenever I have needed assistance the support team responded super fast and was genuinely helpful every time.
Cons
I have found the cost can be quite high if you're a small business just getting off the ground. Native integrations are somewhat limited, so I had to rely on tools like Zapier to link it up with other apps properly. Also, there isn't a full CRM built into the platform which means I need to keep using an external CRM solution.

“New sdr or experienced, both welcome
Pros
This platform is simple and user friendly whether I am a new SDR just getting started or an experienced user. The support I have gotten has also been consistently quick and helpful.
Cons
a few of the features could use a cleaner UI, though it's nothing major.
