I particularly enjoy the backstage and trigger options. They help us react promptly when a system comes online, allowing us to address issues even if the computer isn't online frequently.

Cons

When a computer loses internet connection, it can be tricky to get it back online. We use an RMM tool to restart the service and reconnect.
