Pros

I've been using ScreenConnect for years, and I appreciate how straightforward it is to deploy across our devices and seamlessly jump into support sessions.

Cons

Sometimes, I find that screen sharing sessions can lag a bit when connecting with Macs.

Pros

I'm impressed by ScreenConnect's responsiveness and the extensive options available. The Backstage feature has evolved significantly, and the ability to issue commands to all clients simultaneously is a major plus.

Cons

Sometimes, after an outage, I have to restart the service to get back online.

ScreenConnect is Good, But Could be Better

Pros

It excels in remote access to other computers, including your own. The support is reliable with no downtime.

Cons

Features like "Screen Blanking" can be quite cumbersome. Often, when I set the remote screen to blank out, my session ends up in sleep mode. When I return, the screen blank setting has been disabled, which is incredibly frustrating when I need privacy in a remote setting.
