“A game-changer for remote support
Pros
Remote access is incredibly simple with this tool. Whether I need a permanent installation on a device or just to give immediate support to a user, it is not a problem. I can also see their screen, run commands and transfer files. Even sending users to our help page is simple with a direct link. Installing it takes just one click, without the extra junk that other software adds. Overall it has greatly improved our customer service.
Cons
It can be challenging for less technical or older users to locate and launch the download. They have to click through several permission pop-ups before a session starts. Walking them through it on the phone fixes it but it is a recurring hassle.

“reliable and well-supported remote tool
Pros
It works perfectly. It allows us to connect to our clients computers to run scripts and perform repairs. The support team is also very accessible and helpful.
Cons
Occasionally the remote agent fails to install correctly, forcing us to open a support ticket. The other issue is the portal goes down roughly once a month, though it is usually fixed fast.

“A user-friendly platform
Pros
The platform is user-friendly and covered all the fundamental needs for supporting our devices. It was well-organized which made the setup process smooth.
Cons
At times it felt a bit restrictive and I found myself wishing for more advanced features. Compared to other tools in its category, the options felt somewhat limited.

“Top remote assistance software
Pros
This is the top remote assistance software and it is simple to use, packed with helpful tools for an IT team and quite easy to set up.
Cons
The cost is a bit steep compared to some rivals but I think it's worth it. There is a slight learning curve as it is not very user friendly but we adapted to it quickly.

“Powerful and reliable remote access tool
Pros
ScreenConnect is a powerful and reliable remote access tool. It has more features and customization options than many other similar products. With its secure connections and detailed reports, it is our teams favorite software for remote support.
Cons
Well the support can be hit-or-miss sometimes. They also sometimes alter features with little warning which confuses our techs.

“Quick, simple and adaptable with great features
Pros
It is quick, simple and adaptable. The Backstage feature is great too, allowing me to resolve many problems without interrupting the user's screen.
Cons
The agent files are not code-signed, so if we use security software like ThreatLocker performing upgrades becomes difficult.

“Extremely dependable tool
Pros
ConnectWise screenconnect is extremely dependable for our needs. It is also fast and simplifies remote support for both our team and our customers. Best of all, it is incredibly easy to deploy across all of our clients devices.
Cons
Updates are released often so our system administrator is frequently updating it. We also sometimes experience a bit of lag when connecting to Apple computers or using high-DPI screens.

“Allows remote monitoring from anywhere
Pros
This platform lets us monitor and control systems remotely. We can service customers from anywhere, at any time, even if they're not present. It's perfect for after-hours support and maintenance.
Cons
I do not have any complaints. I enjoy all the features it offers and the fact that it has a free version makes it accessible for anyone.

“user-friendly remote access solution
Pros
I am impressed by its power. It gives us complete control over the remote machine and it is very simple for the customer to grant us access.
Cons
The top navigation bar can be slightly irritating to use at times. But if I am being picky that's the only drawback I can mention.

“Got everything I need!
Pros
It has everything you could need in a remote support tool such as multi-monitor support, low bandwidth performance, a toolbox, chat, wake lock, extensibility and it works across all platforms.
Cons
They discontinued the on-premise version and the cloud offering is not as flexible. It was also a letdown when ConnectWise acquired it and rebranded it to Control.

“Easy to use with powerful remote control
Pros
I appreciate how easy it is to use and has powerful features. Plus I really like that we can control another computer remotely, run commands and install software.
Cons
umm I feel like the interface looks a bit old-fashioned but it works very well and the agent is simple to deploy.

“Offers a lot of customization options
Pros
Its simplicity, easy installation, customization options and the ability to provide unattended remote support are its best qualities.
Cons
To me the integration with the main platform feels weak and it seems patched together with other, less effective tools.

“Excellent reliability!!
Pros
The reliability and ease of use are excellent. Also it is very simple to deploy and we can always count on it being available. The integration with other systems is also great.
Cons
The interface can get a bit cluttered. We've occasionally clicked on the wrong temporary session by mistake and old sessions don't clear out automatically.

“Too laggy to be usable
Pros
ConnectWise ScreenConnect was really user-friendly. I even found it simple to set up the screen display for the non-profit I volunteer with.
Cons
It was extremely slow and laggy, sometimes taking 10 to 30 minutes just to load which made it hard to use.

“User-friendly with a great interface
Pros
I am currently overseeing 30 endpoints with ConnectWise. It is very user friendly and easy to use, with a great interface and plenty of detailed information for each device.
Cons
Remotely controlling systems with multiple monitors was confusing at first but after some practice, I can now manage them without any trouble.

“compatible tool!
Pros
Tbh this tool is compatible with almost every operating system and internet connection I have ever used. It also works well internationally and includes every tool I have ever needed for remote user support.
Cons
To be honest the help guides are not very helpful and due to high staff turnover, the support team often seems unprepared for complex setup problems.
