A Jarvis like sales assistant for your company!
Pros

SharpSpring is the smartest salesman we have on the team, and I mean it. Some of the clients that our sales team had been trying to get onboard for months were finally convinced with the help of this software. The main selling point is the visuals we have been able to achieve with SharpSpring. And the software is affordable enough for a small company like ours. All the information we want can be obtained at the click of a button, and real-time conversations are ideal for our field of work.

Cons

The software is way too simple for us to do any sort of specific targeting. For example, targeting a certain age group is simple, but targeting age groups based on ethnicities is more complicated. In short, just use it for as long as it is functional for you. Talking about functionality, the dashboard is the least functional thing about Sharpspring.

SharpSpring: Marketing automation connoisseur
Pros

I have had a bitter experience in the past with Constant Contact’s other offerings, so it goes without saying that I was hesitant when it was being planned to implement another one of their products. But, to my surprise, SharpSpring turned out to be the most amazing marketing tool I have ever used. If I were in a more sizable organization, Hubspot would’ve been my choice to go with. But for a small, especially non-profit (budget-conscious) organization, SharpSpring actually aligns extremely well with Hubspots effectiveness, but at a fraction of the cost. I like that I can build up actual smart content triggers for existing materials in a way that makes sense and is strategic for my clients.

Cons

The interface is just way too simple for my taste. I mean, it would have been okay if it was intended for an average audience, but it isn’t. There should have been a focus on its user interface since it’s the first thing users interact with. Social media capabilities are lacking polish when compared with close competitors. It really needs deeper, more in-depth analytics for superior lead management than it currently offers.

Pros

Great CRM facility with landing page builder, lead management and email marketing, what more could one ask for in one system. you can white-label it for your clients. integration is flawless with several different marketing and sales tools. I absolutely love using it and would highly recommend it to other B2B businesses. the best bang for your buck.

Cons

There arent many issues with the system except for, the landing page builder, which could use some improvements.

Pros

SharpSpring has enabled to streamline our sales pipelines quite efficiently and conveniently, organized our contacts for us so we have a better idea of everyone weve made contact with. Managing workflows and leads are easier than ever. We couldnt ask for a better platform for our needs.

Pros

The tool contains a lot of features especially for tracking lead scores, lead management, lead development etc. It is easy to manage the sales funnel. This tool is great for companies of sizes small to medium who are not willing to go for a more costly marketing tool or are unable to afford it.

Cons

The email editor isn’t really that great, it often is more of a frustration than relief. Whenever our clients have to create and send out emails, they do not appreciate this tool.

Pros

Sharpspring offers great tools for CRM, email marketing & automation landing pages and a lot more for a very reasonable monthly fee. Thrit support staff is highly responsive and efficient.

Cons

The email designing too; is rather cumbersome. Same with the landing page builder, too clunky and buggy. You cannot edit the source allows for the customization options

Pros

a fully integrated CRM with powerful lead scoring, lead nurturing and management tools in a comprehensive system. SharpSpring offers all this on one platform that is entirely too simple to use, no training required.

Cons

There are no major issues with SharpSpring. Although, adjusting to its workflows can be tricky if you arent dedicated to making the best of this product, which may be true to any new product.

Pros

The system is quite easy to use. We are able to create email campaigns. Email marketing is really great with this system. Keeping track of the leads and nurturing them is great. The support team is fantastic. Integrating it with other systems was easy and made things a lot easier for us. The full CRM function is super awesome. We would definitely recommend this system to any company who is looking for a system that would help them level up.

Cons

There isn’t any issue with this product, but the fact that you commit with a product and want to get it is something that can be an issue internally. This probably happens with any new product or change that happens within the company.

We manage our client information with the help of SharpSpring. We are able to keep track of clients and their engagements with our emails. It is easy to review client profiles that the sales team has set up. We mainly use it for its CRM, email marketing and landing page builder. It can also be integrated with many other marketing tools. In our view, it is unbeatable, especially for its price.

Cons

The landing page editor or builder does consist of a few tricky things that bug us out.

This software has so many features to offer. The price of this software is super amazing as well. It has to be one of the lower-priced marketing tools, with amazing features and functionalities. The email editor and landing page builder is great and can be customized the way you want it.

Pros

The support team is excellent. The system is very intuitive and comprehensive. With the help of this tool, we always have everything maintained and managed. So, whenever our clients ask about their investments in our firm, we can justify it with all the managed and stored data. This tool has helped us in tracking our sales. It has great email features. It is easy to create email content, campaigns etc. and with the help of this tool, we can track our opportunities as well. They do have a lot of great features and keep on adding more.

Pros

With this software, we have grown with them, as we have been using it for more than 4 years. It is a great tool for marketing automation. It lets us keep track of all our clients and not only from one campaign but all of them. We are also able to trigger emails and actions based on our client’s behavior which is very beneficial for us.

Reasonable price, powerful software.
Pros

The customer support team is great. The tool is robust and powerful. Helps in creating emails, email campaigns and keeping track of them. The reports and analytics are great. The CRM is relatively easy to use for our clients. We are still learning the system for ourselves and our customers. It helps us improve a lot and come up with creative marketing ideas for our customers. The system comes at a very reasonable price.

Cons

It could be a bit more intuitive, and it might have a learning curve to it for someone who is new to using any marketing automation platform.

Pros

It is a very powerful tool. You can do almost everything that you need for marketing purposes. Even if you don’t really know how to do such a thing or need help, their support team is simply awesome and always help you get through. It is an extensive tool. We can track customer behaviour, email activity, generate reports, etc.

Cons

SharpSpring being a very powerful tool, definitely has a learning curve that you need to go through. Things can be so simple but once you go through the learning process everything becomes easier and you can make best use of it.

I have been using it for over 3 years now. It is great, especially according to its cost. It offers a lot of features and functionalities and makes it a very powerful tool. The return on investment can easily be taken due to its affordability. It is a wonderful tool to use.

Cons

You need to be a bit tech savvy when it comes to creating emails and landing pages in a customized manner, because it gets kind of chunky. But with the right men for the job this part could be covered and wouldn’t be much of an issue.

Pros

It is easy to manage multiple clients with the help of this product. Can easily track leads, build and send emails, create landing pages and forms. It can also be integrated with other platforms making things easier. It is a good product and we are very happy by it and will continue to use it.

Cons

Reports cannot be customized. I wish they would add an option to customize reports and insights so that we can send it to customers.
