“simple client tracking
Pros
What I like most is how simple it is to keep all client info in one place. It makes it so easy to track what's going on with each client. I also love being able to set tasks for my employees which keeps everything on track and I can always check if those tasks are getting done.
Cons
Setting it up with our unique business processes was a bit tough but RSS helped me tailor it to fit exactly what we need.

“clean layout and easy navigation
Pros
The system is super easy to use for my team and there's plenty of help if needed. The layout is clean and easy on the eyes, making it really simple to navigate for me.
Cons
Wish there was a merge mail feature, it would make sending letters with live data so much easier. Right now, grouping multiple contacts through reports is tedious.

It's simple and does exactly what I need it to do. My favorite feature is how customizable the system is to fit our specific business needs. You can adjust options throughout the whole system to match what your business requires. I also really like that you can link accounts and save documents right to those accounts.
Cons
I don't have a lot of big complaints but some things could improve.

“easy navigation with flexible layout
Pros
It's super easy to use and navigate. I love that I can adjust the layout to fit my business's needs. I've used it to generate reports and even when I'm unsure how to do something, I can usually figure it out by just playing around with it a little.
Cons
Sometimes the notes and displays change randomly which can be confusing. One day it looks one way, the next day it's different and that drives me a little mad.

After trying a few different systems, I can say this tool is exactly that, simple. It's smooth, easy to use and very cost effective for a small business. It's made a real difference in how we operate.

I really like this software and their team. The organized events they've hosted have been great and I can tell that if we had more time to customize the system, it would be an incredible tool for our business.
Cons

Cons

What I love about this software is how easy it is to use. There was almost no training needed to get the hang of it and if we're ever unsure about something, the tutorials on the dashboard make it simple to follow.
Cons
Reliability is the main issue I've noticed. Occasionally, tasks and emails aren't recorded properly. Most of the time it works fine but sometimes I can't even log in due to errors. It's rare and support fixes it quickly but it can be frustrating when it happens.

The ease of use and how quickly we were able to set up our database blew me away. The support was personal, professional and most importantly, really supportive throughout the entire process.
Cons

Pros
This tool is hands down the easiest CRM I've worked with. After exploring a lot of different CRMs, this one just stood out. It's easy to use and integrating it into my business processes was a smooth experience. The features I use every day are the ones that make the biggest difference and I would highly recommend it.
Cons
I find this CRM very easy to use. It integrates smoothly with my existing business processes and I haven't noticed any features missing or needing improvement. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

I'm new to both the company and the software but it's been really simple for me to adapt. It handles all our basic contact database needs perfectly. It's simple, easy to follow and makes my daily work easier. We still have a lot of features to explore which just shows how much this system has to offer.
Cons
The automatic email integration hasn't worked perfectly for me. I had hoped it would save me from copying and pasting emails into contact activities but the formatting often got lost, previous messages were included and navigating the results was annoying. I ended up turning it off and going back to a manual approach which fits my workflow better.

It's mostly easy to use but as we've grown, keeping everything organized has become a bit more challenging. I think we might need a revamp to stay on top of things.
Cons
Making lists and integrations could be better. I'm not sure if it connects to LinkedIn or Twitter which would be useful and tighter Outlook integration would help keep everything in one system.

This CRM integrates easily with what we already use. I log in every day to track emails and correspondence and it's been incredibly reliable which has made my life a lot easier.
Cons
I'd love the ability to search using reference words, like you can in email. It would make finding specific issues or products, like a manuscript name in our line of work, so much easier.

When we first started using this tool, we weren't entirely sure what we needed but we knew we wanted a easy database for managing prospects and clients. That's exactly what we got. The support team has been excellent, helping me customize fields to suit our service based business. The reporting is easy to use and the marketing suite is good, though I'm not confident enough to use it frequently.
Cons
It would be helpful if I could send emails directly from within the software.
