Needs better file search options

Pros

I've used this tool for years and it's the backbone of our business for managing contacts and operations. For us as a consultancy, having individual files for each client is crucial to track their progress and development.

Cons

Being able to search by keywords in files would be a game changer for me. Sometimes I remember a title, a meeting or a genre but not the author and I can't pull up the relevant files easily. Right now, I can only search by source, name, or email which limits me a lot.

Adaptable and user friendly software

Pros

I was drawn to this software right away because it's so adaptable and user friendly. Creating custom fields was quick and simple and it's something I got the hang of easily.

Cons

So far everything looks good but I guess time will tell how it performs in the long run.

simple and easy navigation

Pros

A client recommended this platform to me and after using Hubspot and Soffront, I found it much easier to navigate. The interface is simple and it didn't take long for me to get comfortable with all the features.

Cons

Having an extra page for accounts that have already bought would be great for my team. That way, they could exit the pipeline and leave only prospects on the accounts page.

easiest cRM with smooth integrations

Pros

This tool is the easiest I've used by far. Tracking tickets and related accounts is easy and the UI is friendly. It integrates well with our email, billing, phone systems and marketing tools.

Cons

It doesn't have some of the advanced features other CRMs offer but I understand that simplicity is the point.

captures email traffic with ease

Pros

Capturing email traffic for each account is essential and once I get familiar with the basics, the CRM is super easy to use.

Cons

I wish there were setup packages or training available when a company starts using the system. Not everyone has time to figure things out on their own and it would be helpful to hit the ground running.

Truly simple client management

Pros

All client info is organized and easily accessible for me. Setting tasks, completing them and following up is really simple and the auto syncing of emails saves me so much time.

Cons

Occasionally, I want to upload documents that are too large for the system which is frustrating.

easy training with excellent support

Pros

The system is easy to use and training staff is really simple for me. The support is excellent which makes everything even smoother.

Cons

As my company grows, the CRM is starting to feel expensive and I'm concerned it might not remain cost effective much longer.

helpful setup and efficient management

Pros

I worked with customer support during the initial setup and they were super helpful. I've been using the software to apply the Pareto 80/20 theory to my client database and to help with time management and task prioritization. It also works well for billing follow ups and rating clients based on the Pareto theory. This tool was the last CRM I found after trying several others and it's by far the most User friendly. I do need to get better at using the reporting section but I'm sure that'll come with more use. Honestly, it's one of the best software packages I've used and it's cost effective too. It's made my business more efficient and even more profitable.

Cons

I didn't notice any issues during my initial setup, it was easy enough.

Difficult initial setup process

Pros

It's affordable and theoretically, it should help simplify our research recruiting process.

Cons

Setting it up properly was actually pretty difficult for me. Depending on which modules and features I chose, I had to contact support three times before the account worked the way I needed it to.

ease of use and great value

Pros

The best parts of the software for me are its ease of use, the great value for money and the excellent customer support.

Cons

I wish there was a more segmented pricing system so a small startup like mine could gradually move up through features without paying for everything at once.

simple formatting and easy reporting

Pros

What I like most is how simple the formatting is. Searching accounts and creating reports couldn't be easier.

Cons

QuickBooks doesn't link to the CRM so tracking sales automatically isn't possible. There's also no app so I can only access it on a computer and using it through an iPhone browser is awkward.

Pros

It's easy to use and does exactly what it promises. The integration with our website's contact feature lets us capture information effortlessly.

Cons

Transformed account management system

Pros

It has completely transformed account management for us. Before, we were using Google Sheets to manage everything but as our accounts grew each year, we needed something simpler and more effective. This tool not only made it easier to manage our accounts but it also has a well organized setup with tons of report options. The customer support is outstanding too. I love that each account has its own profile where I can upload documents and add activities like tracking quotes which is really important for my organization.

Cons

It took me a while to fully understand how to use the system for my organization's needs but the customer service has been amazing, guiding me every step of the way.

superb cRM with fast support

Pros

This is a superb CRM for handling the basics and giving great value for money. The support is fast and efficient. I set everything up, integrated it and added data to an account and had it up and running in less than 48 hours. That's the kind of ease of use I love.

Cons

Honestly I haven't found any major issues yet, at least nothing that stands out.

simple customizable account pages

Pros

The account pages are simple and really easy to set up. They're also customizable, so you can add information that's specific to your organization. There are no unnecessary features, just clean and easy to use records. The customizable fields are useful and I especially like the email automation activity tracking and the integrated marketing module.

Cons

Integrating our phone system wasn't easy and we couldn't API AdobeSign into the CRM which was a bit frustrating.

centralized email and client records

Pros

We store all our client and contact information in one place. Using the integrated email system, we can track all incoming and outgoing emails, giving us a full record of conversations and data. It's a cost effective and essential part of managing our business.

Cons

Customizing the system can feel clunky. When adding new clients and contacts, there are lots of fields we don't use. I suppose we could remove them but the customization isn't simple enough for me to do it easily.

easy to use system with sales tools

Pros

Ease of use is crucial for our organization and this tool scores really high here. The system is also simple to set up and edit whenever necessary. The marketing and sales funnel tools are really helpful for my whole team.

Cons
