“smooth customer management
Pros
This tool was super easy to implement into the business and it's allowed us to track and manage our customers smoothly.
Cons
Some aspects of reporting are limiting. For example, I can't include contact information on an Opportunity report which makes some reports less useful.

“useful google API integration
Pros
Accounts, tasks and contacts are all fantastic. One of my favorite features is the Google API integration within an account which allows me to see a satellite view of customers and gauge their business size which is really useful for our industry. I also love being able to view nearby accounts with a customizable range and mileage bar. The custom reporting is really good, though it would be even better if we could have more than 16-20 custom fields.
Cons
I dislike that all support is done via email. While the support itself is very good, explaining complex or bespoke functions over email is difficult and it would be much easier to talk it through with someone. I'm also hoping for improvements in the marketing module. I want to send and customize emails within the system but currently, we have to use an external tool because the HTML emails don't display correctly. I was told the next release would fix this but it's been delayed several times, so I'm really hoping it gets resolved soon.

“email and sales tracking made easy
Pros
For me, the most important things are tracking emails, managing quotations and sales confirmations with each customer and staying on top of where we are with opportunities.
Cons
Haven't tried using this with any other system but I struggle a bit with the report side of things. I haven't asked for help yet,so maybe that would make it easier.

“Access anywhere with ease but pricey tool
Pros
I love that I can get to my stuff from anywhere and it grows right along with my business. It's perfect for keeping all my client to dos and reminders straight and I can easily check in on how we're reaching out to people.
Cons
The thing I noticed that pricing seems to change and sometimes it's hard to get the most out of certain features.

“simple setup and helpful support
Pros
Honestly, I can just jump in and start using it without reading a big manual. The few times I got stuck, their support team was super helpful and fixed things fast. Pulling my information out is no trouble at all, it takes seconds to download so I can play with the numbers in Excel if I want. Creating and sending email campaigns is also really easy.
Cons
Over the screen layout I want more control, it would make things feel a lot more simple for me.

A huge plus for me was that I could change things around to fit how I work. It didn't feel like I was stuck with someone else's idea of organization.
Cons
It would be great if there was a template for uploading Contacts and Accounts which would save me time.

“easiest cRM with built-in marketing
Pros
I've tried a bunch of different CRM systems over the years and this is hands down the easiest one to figure out. It looks fresh and works perfectly on my phone or my laptop, no matter what browser I'm using. Having the marketing tools built right in is a game changer, it's all in one spot and they're always making it better.
Cons
Getting data converted and imported was tricky at first but the support team stepped in and handled it for me. Since then, I've noticed that import/export functionality has improved.

“Flexible system with great support
Pros
It's just not a complicated system to work with. We're a small shop and things change all the time so being able to add a new field or a checkbox whenever we need to is a lifesaver. And their support is fantastic, they always get back to us and sort any issue out quickly.
Cons
I wish tasks could link with Outlook to give me active reminders instead of having to constantly check the task list. It would also be helpful if urgent items from the opportunities list appeared on the front screen. Since we mainly use the system for service and support, a planning tool for jobs like engineer site visits, linked to cases with response times, first time fixes and feedback, would save me a lot of manual work. Integrating with our other software, like Workmobile, to automatically attach reports to cases would also be amazing. Separating opportunities used for assets from prospects would make things cleaner. A quality management section would be a nice addition too.

Pros
I find it really easy to get around. The reports are awesome and I can change them up to show me exactly what I need. Their online training sessions are also super useful for picking up new tips.
Cons
If I'm picky, I'd like the option to change the account name of an opportunity. Sometimes projects get sold to other clients and it would save me from re uploading them. It would also be great if the software were compatible with other dashboard tools.

“Affordable cRM with strong features
Pros
When you look at the big names like Salesforce, the price is just crazy for a company our size. This one is totally different, it's actually affordable for us. That's probably their biggest selling point. The team listens to users and the system keeps getting better. I can control what each person on my team gets to see which is great. It links up with our accounting software so we don't have to enter everything twice and the marketing tools have honestly helped us find new customers. I also love that I can just BCC emails to automatically save them to a client's history.
Cons
I don't really have anything to complain about, maybe I preferred the previous version that showed when a record was last updated and by whom.

“clear basics and flexible reports
Pros
I only pay for the parts I am actually going to use which I really appreciate. Getting new people up to speed is simple because the basics are so clear, you have your main Accounts, the people you talk to are Contacts, your To Do list is right there and it keeps a history of everything you've done. And you can run reports on pretty much any piece of information you put in there.
Cons
I wish integrations were easier. Other CRMs allow this through tools like IFTTT or Zapier but this tool only provides an API. It works but I have to spend time coding it myself.

“Quick start and smooth experience
Pros
We went with this software because it seemed the easiest to get started with. Our team was able to just log in through a web browser and get going, no big installation process. After using it for six months, it's been even better than we hoped. Sharing client info, tracking tasks and storing documents are all simple things to do.
Cons
Some actions feel a bit clunky. For example, adding revenue gets treated as an opportunity instead of just recording it. Certain apps still show revenue in British pounds even though my settings are USD. Setting reminders is awkward because I have to use Google Calendar and it often converts the time incorrectly to GMT. I'd prefer an in-app reminder system instead of this workaround.

“Poor fit and weak support
Pros
It was basic and I figured it out fast. The newest version looks really clean and sharp on the screen, too.
Cons
The architecture didn't fit our mixed B2B and B2C business so we had to use workarounds. On top of that, customer service felt cold and unhelpful which pushed us to look for other solutions with better architecture and support at similar pricing. Moving away was a relief for my team.

“Free version with helpful tools
Pros
Free version is a great way to get your feet wet. Everything is on a monthly plan, so you can add more features as you need them. I wanted a system that would keep track of my interactions and then remind me what to do next. This does that job really well. Their free online classes are worth watching, I learned some tricks I didn't know about. The email setup is my favorite part, it automatically saves emails to the right client, so no more copying and pasting.
Cons
Interface does look a bit outdated but I've seen the new version coming soon and it looks really impressive. It's responsive on mobile and they're letting users choose to be early adopters which I like.
