“Fast support and smart reminders
Pros
Any time we've had to contact customer service, they've gotten back to us within a day with a clear, helpful answer. The reminder system is spot on and easy to adjust for my team. Once we asked about a specific way to track potential sales and they actually added the feature for us in just a few hours. We were seriously impressed.

“Manual setup and tricky integrations
Pros
This tool is pretty easy for me and covers all the essential CRM features, plus it has that extra marketing layer with email campaigns which is a nice touch for my team.
Cons
I've found it a bit tricky to integrate other platforms and handle more advanced marketing functions. Importing and exporting contacts, as well as setting up emails, still feels quite manual to me.

Pros
I switched over to this tool after Really Simple Systems made the changes in their software. Honestly, I think they did a great job of keeping things almost identical from a user perspective.
Cons
I had trouble getting in touch with customer service. I kept asking for someone to call me but no one ever did.

The free trial was great because it gave me a chance to test the software and send out a test marketing email. It worked just fine and gave me a good feel for the tool.
Cons
The UI isn't very appealing and I feel it could use a rebrand. While there are tutorials, I think using it could be made a bit easier.

As I have just started using it, I find it super simple. I like the ability to add custom fields, personalize my dashboard, integrate marketing automation with the CRM and attach documents to records.
Cons
I'd like the ability to add new job titles while creating contacts, without having to leave the page and go into settings. Also, viewing documents in a pop up window instead of downloading them would be a huge improvement for me.

It's been a great tool for managing workflows, especially with our team working across different locations and hours. It's made handling absences smoother and improved how we interact with clients.
Cons
Email sync works well but emails aren't displayed in an easy to read format. Autosync logs them as block text instead of preserving the original Outlook format which makes reviewing old emails really difficult.

It's helped me build better relationships with customers, track opportunities and manage marketing strategies. I can easily add detailed info to each record, assign tasks and stay on top of everything. The integration with email systems makes responding to clients and sending promotions smooth and the reports help me track opportunities linked to campaigns.
Cons
Allocating certain fields when creating menus can be tricky. I think there's room for improvements and automation especially for tracking and sending emails more effectively.

This CRM is so user friendly, with tons of support materials like video tutorials. It's customizable to meet personal or company needs, with options for customer databases, sales, automation and cloud storage, everything can be added as needed.
Cons
Moving multiple customer tasks to a new date in the Task Window is time consuming for me because it has to be done individually. Being able to select multiple tasks across customers and set a new date for all of them would be really useful for me.

The system is fairly simple to use but I feel the sales management section could do better when it comes to leaving comments and notes. It feels like a bit of a letdown for what could be a more complete system.
Cons
I find the emailer a bit tricky to use. Adjusting fonts and spacing isn't very obvious and I often have to make sure everything matches perfectly. Recording sales conversations feels pretty weak which slows me down.

It's easy to learn but average to use every day.
Cons
Pulling reports with all account and contact details together is frustrating because of the setup. I also wish the edit and delete buttons were swapped, editing is what I do most, not deleting. The comments box on a new account feels awkward, short and wide and it pushes the page off the screen. The recent price change even made one client consider switching products.

Interface is really user friendly. I found it easy to get up and running quickly and the support materials like video tutorials and webinars are super helpful. Another thing I like is how affordable it is, especially since there's a free entry level plan for small businesses.
Cons
I feel like this tool doesn't give me enough flexibility. There are good features but I can't customize everything for my exact needs. Integrations are limited too so connecting it with all the tools I use can be a hassle, making it tricky to fit into my workflow.
