The Perfect Match for a Solopreneur

Pros

As a solopreneur, it's frustrating to feel like I'm paying for features meant for larger teams. Streak still gives me a lot without making me pay for more than I need.

Cons

Pros

I was introduced to this product at work and used it alongside Asana. The fact that it's directly connected to my Gmail account is fantastic since I primarily work with Google products. I now use this add-on for my own company.

Cons

Efficient tool, provided you remember to use it!

Pros

It works really well inside Gmail and also has its own mobile app, which is a huge bonus since similar apps only work on desktop web interfaces. I've had great results with the mail merge follow-up function, but I often forget to track leads and projects consistently.

Cons

My main frustration is the lack of a native reminder for tasks and follow-ups other than an email. The main reason I use it is to see things without relying just on email.

Streak CRM is built right into Gmail, offering seamless integration and email tracking.

Used to be ideal tool that became too expensive

Pros

This was a perfect, lightweight tool for our early startup days and it scaled nicely as our team grew.

Cons

They price this like a full-scale CRM but it is really just a Gmail add-on which is risky if Google ever changes how it works. To make it worse, they raised prices not just for new users but for existing, loyal customers too. A 34% increase that feels like a pure money grab. Even after discussing it with the founder, he did not understand our frustration. So we are now cutting our usage as much as possible before switching to a more stable platform. I would advise anyone to consider this lack of loyalty before choosing them.
