I love it!

Pros

Being able to see when recipients have read my email is my favorite feature. It helps me time my follow-ups perfectly without flooding their inboxes.

Cons

This tool has become absolutely essential to my workflow, so I genuinely have no complaints.

Seamless gmail integration

Pros

The Gmail integration is seamless. Also it is incredibly simple to use, the free tier is the best, the visual design is colorful and clear and I like that we can create unlimited custom pipelines.

Cons

It did not really help with analyzing sales revenue and lacks connections to social media or my website. So overall as a CRM, it feels pretty basic.

The most simple tool that saves time

Pros

Streak Software is the most simplest tool one I have used. It has saved me a huge amount of time. We can also track and schedule our emails.

Cons

They have recently lowered the daily limit for how many mail merge emails we can send.

impressive email tracking

Pros

I originally signed up just for the email tracking and it was seriously impressive. I could see if a marketing email was opened, how many times, the location, the time and even if it was forwarded. It felt just like getting a read receipt for a text message.

Cons

Um I uninstalled it once and when I tried to reinstall, it requested excessive permissions that made me uncomfortable, so I stopped using it.

Built right into gmail for simplicity

Pros

Well the fact that it is built right into Gmail makes everything so simple and easy.

Cons

The monthly cost for team sharing is quite high though I find the individual plan reasonably priced.

The best thing is that we can track the emails we send, use automated templates, schedule messages for later and customize the CRM to our needs.

Cons

A very adaptable and expandable tool

Pros

It is very adaptable. We can also keep it simple or get really detailed and I found I could easily expand how I used it. Their support guides are clear too and the tutorial videos are short, helpful and cover everything.

A non-existent learning curve for gmail users

Pros

Well the learning curve is practically non-existent for Gmail users. The interface is also basic, so new team members can get started almost immediately.

Cons

The mobile app is lacking many features which forces us to handle most tasks from the desktop version.
