unreliable for location and complex for dashboards

Pros

Getting instant notifications whenever someone opens my email is my favorite feature. Also it made tracking engagement so much easier.

Cons

To me the location tracking does not seem completely reliable and I find creating a custom dashboard to be more complex than it should be.

Streak Software is a great tool for building customized workflows right inside Gmail for any need.

Cons

The cost was a bit too high for our budget. If the price were a little lower, we would have happily stayed with the service.

Seamless gmail integration

Pros

The seamless Gmail integration is the best part, letting me handle all my customer management tasks without leaving my inbox. The bulk email and contact management tools have been especially helpful for organizing my communication and making my workflow more efficient.

Cons

Well the new pricing model is frustrating because they have moved features that used to be free behind a subscription. As someone who is used it for a long time, I think keeping those features accessible would have shown more appreciation for loyal users.

I find Streak to be an excellent tool for organizing emails and efficiently sorting leads, which our team finds incredibly useful. Pros

Getting Streak running on new Gmail accounts is very easy. Because it's directly integrated into the email interface, there's no need to switch between different applications, which I think is a big reason for its popularity. It's ideal for anyone new to CRMs who needs a system tailored to their specific requirements. The simplicity of getting started and the convenience of managing everything within Gmail make Streak an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced users seeking a versatile CRM solution.

Pros

Streak was very helpful when I first started out. It provided a great way to track emails, the people I emailed, and the status of those emails.

Cons

As we grew, it became limited for my usage, so we moved to a proper CRM.

I wish they would continue to build this product as it's great yet the limitations continue to grow when they should be shrinking with all AI ability.

Pros

Since it's embedded in Gmail, it's a game-changer! There's no need for multiple screens, which keeps me much more organized, and it's visually appealing.

Cons

Development has either slowed down or stopped in the past five years. With all the AI integration in today's systems, Streak is lagging. Customer service responds in two weeks, often with no workaround, just a no. They only have email support, which is less than ideal.

Incredibly useful CRM that integrates into Gmail

Pros

I love how seamlessly Streak integrates into my Gmail inbox. I always have a Gmail tab open on my desktop, so my CRM is always accessible. Streak is very easy to set up and works great for organizing both my personal and professional life. I use it to manage hundreds of contacts across different functions like sales, affiliate partnerships, and vendors. The contact management is highly customizable to capture as much information as needed, and the paid plans scale to fit my growing needs.

Cons

I wish the free plan offered more features and flexibility. This would have been especially useful as my number of boxes grew and I needed to test shared features more thoroughly for onboarding early hires.

Love Streak!

Pros

It's super easy to use and allowed me to manage hundreds of email conversations, ensuring I stayed on top of everything.

Cons

I really want it had the capability to connect with Outlook as well, instead of being limited to just Google. This added functionality would be incredibly beneficial for those of us who rely heavily on Outlook for our email and calendar management, as it would streamline our workflow and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
