I needed a CRM that boosted efficiency, cut down on redundant tasks, eliminated multiple software subscriptions and lived inside Gmail. The goofd thing is that this platform delivers on all fronts and more. Just one example of its value is that its snippet feature for email templates is superior to the top five dedicated snippet tools I have used and snippets alone are worth the price, yet they are included in the free plan. Plus the free tier is so robust that many solo users won't need to upgrade. The paid plans are competitively priced and generous and the ongoing updates and customer service are excellent.
