User-friendly and practical CRM

Pros

It is quite user-friendly and practical. I would recommend trying this before moving to a more complex CRM. You can create multiple pipelines, customize them with colors and edit text fields easily. The email tracking and send later features are also very handy.

Cons

While it is quite user friendly, you still need some time to learn how to use all its features effectively. The free plan is very limited with only 500 contacts while the next tier jumps straight to 5000. The gap is huge so I feel like maybe the free version could include up to 1000 contacts to make the transition smoother.

Allows to handle all customer interactions from one platform

Pros

We can handle all our customer interactions, sales pipelines and other business data from one centralized platform which is awesome.

Cons

This platform probably is not the best fit for companies that handle a huge volume of customer data and interactions. It is really built for small-to-medium operations and might not be powerful or scalable enough for a large enterprise.

A visually appealing interface

Pros

I was really impressed with how easily the CRM connected to my email. The user interface is also much more visually appealing than other Gmail tools I have tried.

Cons

Well I was not a fan of how it automatically tried to connect to every single email account I logged into on my web browser.

An incredibly simple and perfect gmail extension

Pros

The extension is incredibly simple to use and fits perfectly into Gmail. I have not had a single problem in the seven months I have been using it.

Cons

New users might find the interface has too many menus and options to navigate which can be overwhelming at first.

highly customizable and mobile-friendly crm

Pros

I can quickly build a sales pipeline tailored to my business, easily pull existing customer conversations into it and manage everything from my phone with their iOS app.

Cons

The iOS app logs me out fairly often which is a minor inconvenience but not a deal-breaker.

Outstanding product but became too expensive

Pros

We relied on this platform for over four years. It was an outstanding product and we were huge fans of all the functionality it offered.

Cons

They got rid of their free plan and I find their paid version too expensive for our small business. So we switched to NetHunt which handles all our needs and includes task management.

brilliant integration with google's core apps

Pros

The integration with Googles core apps like Gmail, Calendar, Contacts and Meet is brilliant. I needed a CRM that boosted efficiency, cut down on redundant tasks, eliminated multiple software subscriptions and lived inside Gmail. The goofd thing is that this platform delivers on all fronts and more. Just one example of its value is that its snippet feature for email templates is superior to the top five dedicated snippet tools I have used and snippets alone are worth the price, yet they are included in the free plan. Plus the free tier is so robust that many solo users won't need to upgrade. The paid plans are competitively priced and generous and the ongoing updates and customer service are excellent.

Cons

I almost feel guilty for how little I pay to use such a capable and well-designed CRM.

Helpful for client management

Pros

Being able to see when my emails have been read helps me figure out the best way to handle client issues.

Cons

The email tracking feature occasionally deactivates itself without any warning which annoys me.

Easy installation with plenty of free features

Pros

Installation is so easy I mean just add it from the Chrome Web Store and you are ready to go. Like no technical expertise is needed and the free version offers plenty of useful features for small business CRM management. It also integrates perfectly with Gmail which makes data handling seamless across accounts.

Cons

It is a very helpful tool but only after you have figured out how it works. The average user will likely need to watch external tutorial videos to learn how to use it properly.

Great email tracking

Pros

I relied on the free plan mainly for its email tracking. It shows you when someone opens your message, their approximate location and what device they used. Also the CRM integrates directly into Gmail, so you never have to leave your inbox to use it. You can even create different pipelines for projects, sales leads, hiring and more and even schedule emails to be sent later.

Cons

Email tracking can fail if the recipient's email server blocks it. I am also concerned about privacy since the extension has permission to read and delete all emails in my Gmail account.

confusing interface that's not logical

Pros

It does not work well as a full CRM system because it is primarily focused on email management.

Cons

The interface is confusing and not very logical which makes it difficult for me to organize and use client data effectively.

Flexible tool that cuts down on training

Pros

Its flexibility is a huge plus. I have adapted it for various CRM-style tasks and it has always delivered. Since it lives inside Google Workspace, it is one less app for the team to learn which cuts down on training. The email templates are also super useful.

Cons

Getting everything configured for our specific workflow requires a significant time investment but I must say the payoff is worth the effort.

Great direct integration but full of tech issues

Pros

The direct integration with Gmail is what makes it great. I mean you just open your inbox like you normally would and your CRM is right there and ready to use.

Cons

It often fails to load, leaving me with a blank screen and sometimes it slows my computer to a crawl or even crashes my browser.

Works well with google

Pros

My favorite part is how well it works with Google and Gmail. I mean it is a very simple introduction to CRM and you can manage your tasks really well inside it. Plus email tracking feature is also important for my daily work as it lets me see which emails were delivered and which ones have not been answered.

Cons

Even though it is pretty user friendly, getting comfortable with the tool and learning how to best apply it to your specific needs takes dedication. The email tracking also gets confusing in long email threads with many replies.

Features you cannot find elsewhere for the price

Pros

The free plan and the affordable $15 solo plan offer features we cannot find anywhere else for the price. Plus it is essentially built on Google Sheets, which has its pros and cons.

Cons

There is no master list to view all your contacts. I mean you can only see them within specific sequences. It also does not allow automatic delays between emails as it sends all scheduled messages for a day at once which hurts our email deliverability and domain reputation.

Great for keeping control of email status

Pros

I use it primarily to keep better control of the emails I send and receive. It is part of my daily workflow as I always need to know the status of my messages. My curious side loves the feature that lets me see when someone has read my email and their approximate location.

Cons

During setup, it tries to connect to every Gmail account on your device. If you do not want it on a specific account, the initial pop-up keeps appearing which gets repetitive. Otherwise the free version is quite full-featured.

A fantastic and versatile tool for tracking

Pros

We love using it to track our customers. We can sort them into categories and keep notes, attachments, emails and call logs all in one spot. We have even used it for tracking inventory and project budgets. Overall it is a fantastic and versatile tool.

Cons

Well I wish it was more accessible outside of Gmail. Because for now you need to install the extension on every computer you use. I also wish multiple users could collaborate without needing an expensive professional account.
