A clean interface

Pros

It's interface is clean with user friendly icons, requiring minimal training. Also we can customize reports for weekly or monthly sales and it captures and replays all activities perfectly.

Cons

There is a limited selection of widgets and the customer portal features feel restricted to me.

Pros

It seemed complicated to me at first but over time it became very easy to use and adapt to our workflow.

Cons

The dashboard doesn't let us view individual sales funnels for specific users. It would also be helpful to create forecast reports customized for each sales engineer.

Puts all our tools in one place

Pros

My favorite part is that it puts all our tools in one place. Our sales team can track deals, our marketing team can send emails to specific groups and our support team can keep all project notes organized in one system.

Cons

Moving around the system is often awkward. We sometimes have to click through several screens just to get back to where we started. For example going from a sales deal to a quote and back again to add notes is a hassle. The main search bar also often cannot find things, so we have to search inside specific sections like contacts or companies instead.

Pros

I love how easy it is to customize and the powerful tools available for such a reasonable price.

Cons

The interface layout could be improved and Google Sheets integration is weak. I would also love automatic updates to my Google Sheets from CRM lists.

Really accessible but less intuitive than hubspot

Pros

For the most part, I find it really accessible which is a big help.

Cons

It does not seem to have all the features I am used to. My previous experience with HubSpot was much smoother and while it's pricey still having everything in one place was great. This platform feels less intuitive, so I often need to search for instructions in the help section.

Love the modular design!

Pros

I love the modular design. You can pick and choose the modules you need and build all kinds of workflows for different teams to collaborate on a single, highly customized system.

Cons

While you get a lot of flexibility in most areas, some important features are missing from certain modules and others have rigid default settings you can't change. For example the Mailroom module can create contacts but not update existing ones and the quote module requires our entire inventory to be in the system first.

Excellent accessibility, limited customization

Pros

A major reason we chose it was the ability to access data from anywhere which works perfectly. It also works on any computer as we use both Windows and Apple devices without any issues. The mobile app is also great for checking customer details or making calls on the go and the whole team sees all updates instantly.

Cons

Adapting the system to specific needs is challenging. You cannot add custom buttons, the print template editor has weak formatting options and displaying list variables often requires workarounds. I feel like it would help if they offered a customization package like the one from VT-Experts.

It is highly customizable, letting us adapt all its features to our specific business model fairly easily. Even though there are so many options it can almost be overwhelming but that's not a bad thing. And we are very happy with it.

Pros

I mainly use it for the sales opportunities section which is important for tracking our most promising leads. I also like how simple it is to link an opportunity directly to a specific person instead of just a company.

Cons

Overall usability could be better. While the dashboard is customizable, the layout feels disjointed to me and some text does not display correctly. So I think a full redesign would help. Plus as an owner, I sometimes struggle to locate basic things like where subscription invoice copies are stored.

Pros

We have a lot of freedom to add our own elements. Also analyzing all the data is powerful and user-friendly. We are currently setting up our opportunity pipeline which is great, though it requires some trial and error. Having everything centralized in one system is a huge benefit.

Cons

Getting new features to work properly requires a lot of trial and error. The site also tends to run slower than other platforms we use without issues.
