Pros

It delivers great functionality, can be tailored to our needs and is very stable.

Cons

Navigating to different sections often takes too many clicks and opens multiple windows which reduces clarity.

simple interface with reliable security

Pros

The interface is user friendly and easy to navigate. The plugins make it simple to pull reports and track every detail of our activities and everything can be customized. I also like the cloud management and security as they are very reliable.

Cons

It stops us from making updates when a payment is waiting but it should give us a few extra days. The inventory features are also somewhat limited but work for now.

affordable but needs improvements

Pros

It is much more affordable than other CRMs and comes packed with features to discover. The support team is great too as they are always ready to help us with incredible patience and dedication.

Cons

Some parts of the system feel unfinished. The project tool is also not very helpful and the email campaign tool needs work. Plus I feel like the mobile app could also be better.

Superb data capture

Pros

Vtiger CRM provides excellent detail and options for capturing the exact information we need which is perfect for later analysis.

Cons

Support is responsive but does not justify the cost. However the team is generally proactive about adding new features.

Cons

Simple setup and smooth connections

Pros

The setup and daily use are both simple. We have been running it on our own cloud for three years without any issues and it connects smoothly with 3CX and Google Apps to centralize customer communications.

Cons

As per me the documentation for the free version is a bit outdated but if you are persistent, you can usually figure things out.

Helpful onboarding but overwhelming interface

Pros

The onboarding tutorial gave us a helpful overview of the system and where to find support.

Cons

The screen is too busy and confusing. I have never seen so many steps just to add a new contact. We like tools that are simple and easy to use and this one is not.

Pros

One thing I like a lot is that we get a CRM with many features for a low price.

Cons

I think the user interface needs work, also the workflows should follow modern standards and admins should be able to easily customize calculations. The mobile app is not good and very limited.

Pros

It includes all the essential tools you'd expect from a CRM. After using it for two months I found it has many strong features and the free version makes it a great budget-friendly option.

Cons

Beginners will likely find this software hard to install and use. Plus I think the user experience and design need improvements compared to other platforms.

My favorite part is the open platform that lets companies design reports to fit their exact needs.

Cons

One of my biggest issue was that it would not sync with our accounting software, QuickBooks.

Cons

Pros

The platform is very user friendly and delivers accurate search results. Plus it fully meets our requirements especially with its statistical reporting that works perfectly for our insurance company's needs.

Cons

We'd have the ideal system if it included a direct export to Excel. Sharing performance stats with our producers would be effortless with that feature.

I really value the sales follow-up features and the automated reporting.

Cons

The lack of Spanish language support is a drawback and I wish we could combine duplicate accounts. Another limitation is that we cannot create invoices directly through the system.

The top CRM available

Pros

For the price, I must say this is absolutely the top CRM available.

Cons

While the team is quick to fix bugs and answer support tickets, their software updates often introduce new issues while improving the platform. This can be frustrating but the system's reliability is excellent and our entire organization relies on it heavily.

perfectly adaptable crm

Pros

One thing I like is that we can change the CRM to fit how our business works instead of having to change our business to fit the software.

Cons

The platform is packed with so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming for users especially since some cannot be disabled. That said we have no real complaints as it is a perfect match for our business needs.
