“A deeply flawed and inflexible system”
Pros
After we got familiar with the layout, the system became quite user friendly. Plus finding uploaded files is also a simple process.
Cons
The time tracker only counts in seconds and cannot be changed, even by developers. The amount of information required on each page is excessive and there is no setting to reduce it. Also the platform lacks customization options which makes it very difficult for us to scale with.

Pros
Vtiger CRM is fully functional with all the essential tools, and it became very comfortable to use once we got the hang of it. Since it's entirely cloud-based, our sales team can access it from anywhere, which has been a huge advantage
Cons
The platform's interface has a more traditional feel compared to modern web applications. The user experience could be enhanced, as some users find the navigation less intuitive and the performance slower than preferred. A visual refresh would also help modernize its appearance.

“Extremely effective tool”
Pros
Managing support cases and tickets is extremely effective. The reporting is also the best with a wide range of charts for statistics and linking cases to email responses works seamlessly.
Cons
The main drawback I noticed is the daily system backup which completely locks the platform for about 20 minutes and makes it completely unusable during that time.

It is an affordable solution that really boosts productivity. Also it is packed with features and can even be installed on our own company servers.
Cons
Well let me tell you that you need strong PHP and CSS knowledge to set it up especially if you are hosting it on your own company server which is very time-consuming.

Pros
You can get started quickly and I like being able to build custom modules. If you work with PHP and MySQL, it is usually easy to find solutions to problems and though there is not a huge amount of online help but it is enough to get you through.
Cons
Setting up workflows can be tricky and requires a few attempts to get right. While the concept seems simple let me tell you that implementing them can be frustrating.

Pros
Importing and managing leads is easy with it and it is simple to track everyone's tasks and see the complete history for each lead.
Cons
Keep in mind that importing leads requires very precise formatting, otherwise it fails. Also I noticed that the duplicate detection is not very effective since it's case-sensitive which creates many duplicate entries.

My favorite part is managing all my sales and marketing activities in one spot. The platform has improved a lot over the years becoming much more user friendly. Plus it keeps our teams quotes and proposals organized and up-to-date and it is great for collaborating and tracking opportunity status.
Cons
While the platform has improved significantly, I still feel like the follow-up system could be more user friendly. Also I would prefer notifications and reminders to stay visible until they are actually addressed.

It is a powerful, customizable system that I find easy to understand. It was one of the top open-source CRMs for a decade, perfectly handling the workflow for mid-sized companies especially with community add-ons that make it even stronger.
Cons
The company seems to have shifted focus from the open-source community to their paid cloud version, leaving behind the users who helped them grow. It now feels like a standard CRM without the unique features that made it special.

Pros
The interface is now excellent. I had dismissed it years ago because the design was outdated but it is completely changed now. Even with limited technical skills, it helps me present a professional image and I love how flexible and customizable it is.
Cons
Some tools could be more user-friendly. The Gantt chart feature in particular feels less polished to me compared to dedicated project management software.

this software's features and user interface have gotten much better recently. I get instant access to lead details to monitor the sales cycle, email alerts work exactly how I want and we can customize our purchase order formats and reports.
Cons

For beginners who just need to track basic info and manage a few accounts and products, this CRM works perfectly and is very affordable. It also connects well with other apps. After using it I feel it is better suited for wholesale product management and general sales rather than outbound sales.
Cons
Managing my large volume of accounts over 1,000+ was too much for this system. It lacked the functionality I needed and I never got proper help building workflows. I wasted countless hours trying to make things work, only to discover missing features at the final step. All this was incredibly stressful and took time away from actual selling.

Pros
It is a great system for tracking company quotes, orders and leads. Also we can easily customize it to fit our needs, sync it with many other apps and the 24/7 customer support is excellent.
Cons
Some features still need refinement. For example we have trouble with orders containing both taxed and non-taxed items. You can set sales targets for opportunities but not for smaller monthly orders.
